**** ** 2022. I purchased a silencer $1,069.00 and was told it would take about a month to process the paperwork. Two months later the item came in the store late from the manufacture, but paperwork was never filled when received . I called to inquire all the dates they asked me to. Four months later (six months after purchase date) I’m told they never filed paperwork and I would have to resubmit personal information (that they had) and wait another 180 days for the paperwork to clear. I asked for my money back and they refused to give it to me. It’s now 181 days later (337 days after purchase date) and I’m reading and asking other gun stores to learn it only take 40 days to process paperwork. It’s now 337 days after the purchase date and the store is blaming me because they didn’t file paperwork. Service is so bad I’m afraid they would sabotage the merchandise before I get it. I really just want to be safe and get my money back so I can go somewhere to do things right.Business response

The wait time is not within our control. The wait time is pending ATF transfer of ownership. The customer has been provided contact information for ATF to check the progress.Customer response
