Ridge Top roofing installed a new roof on my home August 23, 2023. USAA insurance paid for the roof and I paid $2,000 deductible. January 8, 2024 I notice a leak on my ceiling and called Ridge **** ******* came out the next day and repaired area around *******. February 14, 2024 I contacted Ridge Top to report after several rains the repair seemed to have fixed the problem and I wanted to know when someone would be coming by to paint the stained area on the ceiling caused by the leak in the new roof. I have spoken with and texted the owner, *************************, several times. He has yet to finish the job by painting the damaged area of my ceiling, stating he has been busy and promising to take care of this. The leak was January 8, 2024; today is April 26, 2024. He needs to finish this job.
