My vehicle was towed and I was not informed. I had to call and ask every sheriffs office in the area to find any info. Found my truck and A and P has it. I tried to pick up the vehicle but they say they take cash only. They told me there is an atm down the road so I went and got cash. I got back and they closed up and left at 3:00 I was back in less than ten minutes and when I called they told me I have to come back a different day and they arent going to give me vehicle till then. Im already having to pay high storage fees because I was not informed where my vehicle was. Now Im going to be paying double on the storage fees when I pick up next week which is the only other time I can pick it up. My vehicle was within 15 miles from home and is now over double the distance. I work about 40 miles in the opposite direction and I cant take a day off to retrieve it. The behavior of the individual who told me to go to the atm and come back is just disrespectful and unprofessional as well as the operator who answered the phone when I called. I dont believe I should pay additional fees due to an employees disregard. The fees Im already paying are insane but I was willing to just bite the bullet and pay. I just emptied my bank account for this and I still dont have my truck back.
