December 2020 I had my first vein surgery out of four or five sessions with *** **** ******. Within the week, I could not stand up on my leg and I went in to be seen as I felt something was wrong. He assured me everything was fine. Two weeks later I landed in the emergency room with four blood clots one in my right lung one in my left lung that stemmed from the vein surgery. I spent thousands of dollars in that hospital visit and I did not get the proper care from that surgeon I had a follow up and I instructed him I was in the hospital with a pulmonary embolism and I told him I had no intention of paying him for that bill because I could probably sue him for what negligence he had. They agreed I did not need to pay And I canceled all future sessions with him. Today I received a bill from the credit bureau for over $1300 stating they’ve been trying to get in contact with me which I’ve never received a phone call from them a bill. Three years later and all of a sudden I get an invoice from collections when the doctor told me they would write it off? They could have killed me. I live in a very small town and I could make everybody publicly aware of the lack of care I receive from the doctor and the fact you put my life on the line. He should be glad I didn’t take him to court.Customer response
