I bought a house in august of this year from a woman who was a hoarder. She was mentally unwell so her agent was ******** her. His name is ************************* and he works for mark ********************** realty. In our contract, all of her belongings and trash were supposed to be removed by date of possession on September 5th. ***** hired his business partner (sawdust home services) to come clean out the house before date 9/5. The cleaning crew arrived on September 4th to start removing her belongings. There was a truck and pull behind trailer on the property that we were told by an attorney would be ours if it was still on the property on 9/5. The cleaning crew didnt remove the truck and the trailer until after 9/5. When we told them we would like to keep those items, the movers said they had a list from ***** and the owner saying those items had to be removed and were going to be stored for the owner. ***** was also out of the country on vacation, so he was unable to be reached when I wanted to discuss this with him. We have later found out that sawdust is storing the trailer at their personal residence. ******* didnt finish cleaning the property like they were supposed to because ***** would not order them anymore dumpsters. When we tried to discuss this with ***** he offered no apology or offer to make things right. He was extremely rude and dismissive on the phone, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, calling me baby. I reached out to his broker and he told us he couldnt help us either. We have since had to buy two dumpsters ourselves, and still have more trash on the property. And no one will even discuss returning the items of value (truck and trailer) back to us. We have tried very hard to find a resolution without involving attorneys or the police, but to no avail. The previous owner is mentally unwell and is unaware of the situation. Im shocked that mark ********************** realty doesnt care more about what their agents are doing, especially when ***** is extremely dishonest.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I never had any conversations with their director of sales. **** spains team never offered any resolution for my complaint.
