When we decided to put our home on the market we did our research to ensure we had the best support in buying a new construction. Vick S. was with us every step of the way, from reviewing our contract pre-signature, handling our private inspection, making recommendations, keeping our closing on track, and so much more. He really made the purchasing process a breeze and took everything he possibly could off of our plates (which is HUGE when youre in the process of selling/buying/moving)! We will recommend **** and Mark ********************** to any friends, family, or colleagues looking to buy a new home.

Initially reaching out via FB to ask about the guaranteed offer (we didn't go that route), we REALLY clicked with **************, who became our listing agent. She made suggestions for improvements and put us in "coming soon" while making those changes. That worked so well, we accepted an offer before we even went to market.Then we paired up with ****************, our buyers agent. She set up for us to receive emails with homes matching our search criteria. Once we found our next home, ****** guided us through every step, answering our questions, giving us pointers, calming our fears, being there with us at the closing table.
