I have been a customer with ******************** since the 2019 tax season. Last years tax season, a secretary failed to check to ensure all tax documents were uploaded when she scanned them in. I received my tax return and it did not have my signature on it, someone else signed for me. This year, I received notice from the *** that I have delinquent taxes owed from 2022 when the company failed to submit all of my documentation. I reached out to ****, the owner, and she said she would take care of the penalties and fees that accrued. I paid the delinquent taxes. She never compensated me for the penalties and fees like she said she would. This year, the *** deducted the fees from my tax return that I was owed. I have tried to email and call her on number occasions since then and she is never available and has been avoiding my phone calls and emails. I have record of the several emails and phone calls I have made to her. Now, no one there answers my phone calls when I have tried to call them.
