I drove about 4 hours round trip to see a truck that I had called about multiple times. I even called the morning of and made sure it was still there. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told it was on an "extended test drive." Then, they started showing me other vehicles. The 1st was a 2 door truck, which was awesome, but where would I put my kids. Salesman never even asked what my needs were. He just randomly started pulling vehicles. I finally asked him where the truck I came to see was and he finally admitted it had been sold. Spoke to the sales manager and he reported it sold earlier in the day right before I arrived. Now why they could not have told me all this inhavw no idea. They were just trying to make a sale. Terrible experience.Review from Nancy F

I bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue 5/18/23. However, less than a week of this transaction I was driving on the expressway when I was hit by a truck tire tread. Damage was done to the front and right side of my car. I went on line to **ntact my insurance **mpany and to my surprise my new car was not **vered but my last Nissan Versa was still **vered! I immediately **ntacted my salesperson because she had taken the info for my car insurance and the lien holder of the Versa to make the changes. Even the finance person assured me I would be getting my plates in the mail but that cant happen unless my new car was insured! She told me to bring the car in and she would see what **uld be done.Upon my husband and I arriving she directed us to the service area. The owner was there too. They examined my car and I explained what happened but because they had not **ntacted my insurance ** on 5/18 I **uld not report it to them because it was not insured at the time of this incident. The owner and the salesperson both told me not to worry something would be worked out both vowing to help me because I **uld not afford to repair the car but **uld have been reported to my insurance. Promises were made to fix the car. I find that there was a difference from what the salesperson and the owner promised and what the service person said he would do when I **ntacted him. When I reminded him of the owner and salespersons promises I was told they didnt know how much it would **st the **mpany to do that! However, a promise is a promise, I trusted their word!I found it Strange how no one responded to the promises. I received a quote of $350 plus tax $385, to my surprise. Where was the help! I am disappointed with how this has been handled. I have insurance now, after the fact! I put my trust in this dealership and its salespersons only to be given **nflicting info and unfulfilled promises!!Review from Brittani J

I drove an hour to the dealership to get the $15,600 2016 Jeep Patriot on their lot. I had everything I needed to get it. I met with **** and had everything set. The new sales manager, *********************, said that the car payment would be $360/mo. He offered to get me another car with a lower payment. He offered the $25,200 2023 Nissan Kicks, and told me it'll be $440/mo. I told him no since it's not less $360. He came back with $365. I still didn't want it but at this point I felt pressured into getting, "I'm trying to work with the bank", "I want to get you a good price" and other statements like that were said. His main focus was getting me into the Nissan Kicks. Unfortunately, through peer pressure I ended up with the Nissan Kicks. The next day I called to see if the Jeep was still there and I asked for the price, everything was the same. The next day I came in letting ****, the salesman I originally worked with, know that I don't want this car and that I want the Jeep. He told me that the Jeep is $20,000. I instantly felt lied to and bamboozled. They pressured me into getting the Nissan so they could raise the price of the Jeep by $5,000. I ended up returning to the Nissan dealership and speaking with a *******************, another sales manager. **** had no problem expressing that he does not give a **** about my situation. And responded with, "So why'd the buy the car?", "So why'd you sign the papers, I know you read everything." after I told him I felt pressured. His demeanor and attitude was completely disrespectful and unacceptable, I put down $7,000 to be disrespected like that? Not okay. ********************* and ******************* told me that my only option is to exchange the Nissan for the Jeep. I asked them both to give me the numbers, they wouldn't. They kept their focus on the pprwk I signed, which made me realize this was the same tactic ********************* used in the beginning. I left the dealership without getting any numbers/info. Just go to Carmax. Scott **, themanager, doesnt care.Review from Gary B

We bought a vehicle from Scott Evans Nissan about a year ago and we are still waiting for them to give up the title. We have spoken to them several times and each time they say they will get it and get back to us. When we do call them back they always say they thought it was taken care of. We never get a follow up call from them to see if we have received it or not. The one call we did get was from a sales person to see if we wanted to upgrade. We obviously told him no and the reason why. He said he was doing to ask and let us know what the status of that. He did call us back, but it was with the same answer we have been getting. Both my husband and I have very high credit scores and can not refinance our vehicle for a lower APR then what nissan gave us, which is 6%. We are very upset with this company and hope that we are the only ones that are going through this.Review from andrea d

I would not recommend any one go there. Customer service is little to nonexistent. They (top to the bottom: Scotty *******, Saeje *****, *******************) are full of it. They don't fix problems. The customer service is bad (see my ****** review). It was once good. They give you the run-around. My family had bought three vehicles prior to this last one. I wish I would not have gotten it. I bought the vehicle 12/20/21. Trunk stopped working end of January 22. Went in to get fixed was given the run around. Now we have to pay for the latch to the trunk. DO NOT GO THERE! BUY FROM ANYWHERE ELSE. I FEEL LIKE WE WOULD HAVE DONE BETTER BUYING AT DRIVETIME OR PARCARS (some scammish type dealership).
