      Company often sends dead plants and even on replacements. They then charge u for shipping on the dead plants they send u.the Company often gets u to spend more money on a return of the unfit item sent to u.if your plant survives it often is heavily diseased requiring expenses and time to rid the plant of bugs.the staff is hostile and often use tactics to get more money out of u rather that send u a healthy plant day one.they have a tactic often requiring to u pay for the replacing plant then they try not to reimburse u for the replacement.this company is fraudelent.

      Ordered 1 tree 3/7/23. Was told "The website was being converted to 'sold out' when your order came through. We can not fulfill the order this spring." So I waited until November 5th to contact them to find out where my order was. I received a response from "***" saying that they would start shipping on December 1st. Actually called to cancel the order on 12/19 to cancel my order. I was told that I had to email to cancel. I emailed and received a response today 12/20 that it was set to ship tomorrow. I told them that I still wanted to cancel it and the response was there is a $10 cancellation fee. Very poor customer service. Stay away from this **********************.

      I ordered 4-5" Fuyu Persimmon Tree from Willis Orchards 12-08-2022. I received a 4' light weight, dead twig. This twig had no branches. I called the company and complained. I was told that the plant looks that way because it's the winter season and the tree is dormant. I was instructed to plant it anyway. And, since I live in ******* it will grow. I planted but the twig in my back year and it never grew. I called the company again and was told to do a scratch test and send pictures to the company's web cite. Which I did. I asked for my money back but the company said they can only replace the item. When I asked for a replacement they told me they didn't have anymore Fuyu Persimmon Trees, at that time. They also said I would have to pay additional shipping charges for what ever I order and the money I have already spent can't be used for shipping charges. I payed $39.95 for the Fuyu Persimmon Tree, $21.95 Shipping and $14.00 oversized fee. Total cost: $75.90. When visiting my family in Georgia I decided to visit Willis Orchards. Maybe I could pick another item and not pay shipping charges. When I called for directions I was told they are not open to the public and only have an office. I called again when I got home. I was told the manager wasn't there. I left my number and no-one return my call or attempt to solve the problem. Can you help me either get my money back or at least make the public aware?

      We placed a rather large order, $509 worth of fruit trees. We hired a forestry expert to plant and care for these trees, as well as having a full-time farm hand who is knowledgeable about planting and maintaining trees. We have planted over 100 trees on our 20 acres. Most of them have survived. MOST OF THE ***** FROM WILLIS HAVE DIED. None of these trees appears to be a quality option. I am a Master Gardener, and cannot stress enough that these trees are poor quality. When I called and talked to the company about them, it took a couple of calls to get someone willing to discuss a refund or replacement. They were notably rude, off-putting, and told me that their warranty does not cover refunds, and that I would have to pay for shipping for any replacements.

      The 2 trees that I ordered arrived sooner than expected. Well packed, got here in excellent condition. Great bare root trees. I couldn't be happier!

      Ordered a tree a long time ago and it was delivered now.December 9.******.Too late to plant for me.They said we were having great weather and they wouldnt refund u less I returned the plant, theyd deduct shipping, and restocking, on what had to be a dead plant if I cant open it and water it.We have snow on the ground and my hose has been off for over a month.Very poor service. I spend thousands on trees (renovator) and this company was some of the worst service ever.

      The temperatures were in the upper 40's when you received and would have been fine to plant. But, I agree that conditions changed a couple of days later. Your account has been recorded to issue replacements should any of the three items fail. We wish you a Merry Christmas!

      This is a cheating company. Charged my credit card right after I placed order without shipping.I called in to check status 8 days after my order. They told me that they will ship between Dec 1 2022- April 2023. Which is different from what I see from their webpage when I place order. I request to cancel. they want to charge 10% cancelation fee.

These items would typically ship to Georgia customers the first 2 weeks of January. Customers agree to a 10% cancellation fee prior to being able to complete online checkout. Yet, he was fully refunded. Not sure what the complaint is for???

      Yes, they fully refunded. I filed complaint because they told me they will charge me 10% cancelation fee only because they don't have the item in stock. Now Issue resolved.

      I received two dead sticks taped together, the roots were damaged and cut back for shipping I guess. Terrible customer service, you just get the runaround, they haven't refunded me.

      It is disappointing that this customer is unhappy. However, we offer peach trees from +/-1' to 7-8' and he chose the +/-1' plants. They are small, as indicated. Peach trees are also dormant this time of year and do not have leaves. These issues were address through multiple email exchanges.       The manager and the employees I talked to were all very argumentative and rude, when I said why would I want to pay for dead sticks the response was, " you sound woke" and then I was hung up on.

      WillIs orchard... ************,** we bought over $500 in pecan trees, they arived 9 days after shipped we bought 25 trees 1/3 of them 6 were dead WHEN THEY ARIVED when we contacted them they said they require a scratch test and photos we provided them with that info 3 times, we sent it to them they said next growing season they will replace them, well that was a lie we can not get them to comunicate with us when we call they hang up on us TRUST ME BUY LOCAL... the venders are differnt when the see you return the mail order plants are a cheat and a lie THEY SHOW TO BE TRYING TO SELL THE BIZZNESS
