              Late June my husband took 3 blouses to be dry cleaned. After a couple weeks he returned and was told they only had two of the three items, he took the two items and they "split the ticket" creating a new ticket for the one orvis linen blouse on July ***** Approx one week later they still were unsuccessful in locating the blouse, my husband was given contact at the main plant, Alex ********** called and left a message, no response, the following week I called and spoke to Mr. ********* and said they would continue to look for the garment and would call with a fallowup. Couple weeks pass, no contact, I left a message with Mr. ********* late last week, no response. I decided it was time to file a complaint requested a refund. The blouse is a couple years old and not extremely expensive (probably cost $50-60 when new). I'd like to hear from Wade Cleaners and we can discuss appropriate reimbursement.

              LOST ITEMS: I dropped of a suit and dress shirt on Nov 18 to be dry cleaned and told to return in 3-days to pick up my items. I returned on Nov 21st, and my items were not ready. I returned on Nov 22nd and 23rd, again my items were not ready, even though I was promised that they would be. On the Nov 24, I returned to only receive my pants and dress shirt but not my jacket (even though their service was late and they lost my jacket, they still had me pay of course). I had to rent a suit to attend my brother's wedding because Wade Cleaners lost my jacket. Since this experience, I've called Wade Cleaner at least 10-times to ask about my lost jacket. After the 5th call, Wade Cleaners said that they "may" have given my jacket to the wrong customer. It is now December 17th. I have yet to receive any updates from Wade Cleaners about my lost jacket. During my over 10 phone-calls with Wade Cleaners representatives, I've been told that "they would call me right back." I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED A CALL BACK. To add to my frustration, I've emailed the to provided on their site AND ITS NOT AN ACTUAL EMAIL ACCOUNT. This experience has be absolutely abysmal.
