I received unsatisfactory service from ************************* "aka" ******* Home Improvements. Despite an advance payment $600.00 and a clear agreement by 23 April 2024work was incomplete. On April 17, 2024, we agreed to: Fence install: $2,400 - $2,500,Two storm doors install: $100 - $150 each; Fence doors install: $50 - $100 each, Clothes rack install: $25 - $40 each, Blinds install: $10. - $15. each. Regrettably, these services have not met the agreed standards in case did not happen. Additional worker ***************************** and ***************************** on April *****, 2024, was substandard and incomplete. The storm doors installed by ******************** were incomplete, and despite being paid $160.00, he did not return to address the issues. ********************, paid $275 in advance for blind installation, failed to complete her assigned tasks and conducted an unauthorized transaction of $118 via Cash App on April 20, 2022. A police report was filed against her. 23 April 2024 I terminated our relationship due to your absence of receipts and discrepancies in charges, along with prioritizing personal matters over the project, The incomplete work and additional costs incurred have led to significant inconvenience and financial loss. The projects urgency was emphasized, with an extended deadline to April 23, 2024, due to weather conditions. However, the work remains unfinished. The mishandling of and mis-ordering of property and materials, have resulted in additional expenses, including: Jackhammer rental: $74.00 plus taxes; Dig hole rental: $7.00;Wasted Dex DAP: $32.00;Replacement Dex DAP: $32.00; Drywall repair: $130.00; Fence completion by other workers: $1,200; Pet boarding: $300.00; Drill bit rental: $28.00; I am requesting a full refund for these amounts and compensation for unreimbursed expenses. The lack of expertise and accountability for the incomplete work is concerning. ******************** installed one storm door but could not install the second was due to issues beyond his control.
