I was sent a quote for dirt fill on my property back in November 2021. I accepted the quote and was asked to make a deposit, which I did. Scheduled for work to take place in December 2021. Received a text message from employee D.L. Indicating that their truck had been totaled and was not expected to be back up and running by the end of January 2022. I agreed to let the deposit stand in the contingency that work would be completed as soon as possible once up and running again. I started texting D.L. in early February 2022. When I received no response I sent an email. Received an email from the owner N.R. stating that DL was no longer employed there, and that I would be contacting for scheduling. Since then I have made many attempts by email, phone, and text requesting scheduling for the work. Spoke with owner only once more, when he again stated he would contact me the next day for scheduling. It is now 2/23/22 and I have not been contacted. I have made additional attempts to reach owner and requested a refund at this point since the business is unresponsive. I have not received the services, a refund or call back as of today.Business response
