My family and I ate at Western Sizzlin on 9/11/2022 around 4:30 pm. There was 15 of us with 4 separate tickets. TO start with we received 4 bowls for 15 people. When we found a place large enough for us to sit we were greeted by a rude waitress Teresa, she asked how many and my daughter told her 15 she rolled her eyes and grumbled. We tried to talk to her and be nice and try to make her job easier, with no avail. My husband asked for more plates and she never brought them. So I went to find a manager and complained that it was hot and we needed plates. The manager opened the curtain, however, Teresa brought 4 plates for our table. When I went up to the bar our waitress went behind me mumbling something. when we left to pay for our meals they never asked us how everything was or if we enjoyed our meal. When we left she stood at the doorway and talked to other people leaving and said thank you... But not to us. We all have a job to do and if you hate your job that much maybe someone should get better employees and managers to run the place. I do understand i was a manager for 10 plus years. Needless to say no one in my family left her a tip. We work hard for our money and they could have been nice. The manager was nowhere to be found after my complaint. This is the third time this has happened.
