  The contract was signed on 8/6/2022 to complete our pool in 6-8 weeks. As of today our pool is still not complete and the company was paid $210,000 for the project. The owner lies and promises to send her workers to finish and still has not completed the project. This has been going on for over a year now. An inspection from the county is also required and has not been done yet which can result in me receiving a fine. We are missing equipment that was paid for

  I paid to the owner of Amazing pools, ******, $150,000 to build a pool, a deck and create an outdoor living. It is one the biggest mistakes I have made in my life. She told me she was going to finish in 2 months but 6 months later and my project is only 50% done. She refuses to put railing around my deck which puts my children and I in danger. The deck is on the second floor and hasn't had railing for 4 months!!! She refuses to give me a refund or finish the project.

  Id like to file an official complaint against Amazing Pools LLC, owner *************************, License # **********. ********************** has disregarded many protocols and inspections associated with building an outdoor pool, as well as not having completed my pool in entirety as claimed. Amazing Pools LLC (*************************) stated that building permits are obtained rather promptly. Unfortunately after many weeks without acquiring the permit, I (************************) had to personally go to the ******************** to obtain the permit myself. After construction began, I have had several issues with Amazing Pool LLC (*************************) along the way. I was promised 45 to 60 days dig to finish; it has been well over 60 days. Construction began on May 27, 2022 and as of September 30, 2022 it is still incomplete, though Amazing Pools LLC (*************************) may state that it is. The major issues that require attention that are being ignored by this company/owner are the protocols and inspections that are trying to be avoided. No electrical inspections have been completed, no mechanical inspections have been completed (my pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit are heated by gas), and no final inspection has taken place. In addition, the proper fence closures, latches, and hinges for a residential pool were not installed and the drainage was installed incorrectly. The waterfall structure leaks which causes pool water drainage. The material used to hold the stones in place on the waterfall becomes soft and brittle when in contact with water and the stones begin to fall off. This issues has been addressed with Amazing Pools LLC (*************************) on several occasions, and ignored. Lastly, the corner portion of the retaining wall leans. Even her very own employee felt the need to let me know that it was installed improperly and would eventually be cause for concern. He did what he could to fix it but it still leans backwards. Amazing Pool LLC was paid in full on June 29, 2022, with a promise to complete within 5 days
