PURCHASED A TRAILER FROM TRAILIER COUNTRY USA AND THEY USED DIAMOND CARGO TO MANUFACTURE IT. THE TIME FRAME THEY GAVE ME PUSHED ME GETTING MY TRAILIER BACK ONE MONTH. WHEN I DID GET IT THE WEATHER WAS TOO COLD TO WORK ON IT. THREE MONTHS LATER, I WAS ABLE TO WORK ON THE TRAILER GETTING IT READY FOR THE PURPOSE I BOUGHT IT FOR FEEDING THE HOMELESS, I TURNED ON THE WATER SYSTEM AND THE WATER REGULATOR ON THE PUMP BLOWED OUT. I CONTACTED DIAMOND CARGO AND THEY SENT ME ANOTHER ONE RIGHT AWAY, WHEN I HAD A PLUMBER TO PLACE IT ONE THE TRAILER IT DID THE EXACT SAME THING. BY THIS TIME I HAD A DEADLINE TO MEET WITH THE CITY INSPECTOR IN LESS THE 72 HOURS, DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER PUMP SO I BOUGHT ONE WITH A HIGHER PSI BECAUSE THE LOW ONE THEY PLACED ON IT DIDNT WORK. STILL THE PUMP DIDN'T WORK. SO I HAD ANOTHER TRAILIER MANUFACTOR COMPANY TAKE A LOOK AT IT AND THEY DISCOVERED THE PUMP WAS PLACED IN THE WRONG PLACE. DIAMOND HAD THE PUMP UP AGAINST THE FIRE WALL WHILE THE COMPANY I HIRED PLACED THE PUMP ON THE FLOOR OF THE TRAILIR. ALL I ASK DIAMOND TO DO WAS TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE PUMP. I MAILED THEM BACK TWO PUMPS ONE THAT WAS ON THE TRAILIER AND THE ONE THEY MAILED ME. STILL *** ***** REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY.Business response

Diamond Cargo is sorry for your problems, but please read your warranty. It explains how the warranty is handled with any and all problems. Diamond Cargo did send you the parts you needed. If there were any other problems you should have contacted us for additional parts or either brought the trailer back for repair. This is our procedure for warranty. You cannot take your car and get it repaired anywhere you want and send it back to the manufacture for reimbursement. No warranty works that way. Diamond Cargo would have been glad to go by the guidelines for our warranty to help you, but you did not follow those guidelines.
