I wish I could give zero stars but not possible first off on Oct 13 I went and bought a car first red flag was they had to bring a car from there ************ ** location to ********** ** location which I couldn't even find. There sales ladies were days old employed... we would told one price then they tried to change it but then they changed it back. Vehicle was not detailed at all. I have pictures... on the same night as we are leaving the lot the brake light comes on of course they were closed so I waited till next day and they had me bring to a whole other dealership for 4 hrs. They half detailed it. And the brake light was still on they said it was a sensor and it would go away so I was upset... so I drove it to a planned trip and the brakes began squealing this was on the 21st... van drove good on the 22nd all day today I drove to Dr's and was heading back home and my vehicles battery light came on so I was headed to oreilys to check that and didn't make it I made it right out of town and to pull into an auto store.... the alternator locked up and battery lost all power and smoke was bellowing out of hood they were worried it would catch fire or explode... so I called dealership they said we would have to have it towed out of our pocket to there dealership in lithia spring 45 mi away and we would have to pay for all repairs because as they threw in our face several times we bought It as is... this can not be legal... they said they ran a diagnostics on the 19th if that was the case they would have known about the alternator and battery come to find out today the 23rd of October they lied and never even did a diagnostics... Idk what to do... they don't deserve business and most of there reviews are from them bribing people with a tank of gas if you leave a good review...

We are sorry you feel this way.  We did tow the vehicle to the repair facility after we made numerous attempts to contact you.  We was contacted by another business telling us the van had been left abandoned for days.  We also had ************ diagnose and fix the issue, which was the alternator.  We have made many attempts to contact you to update you about the vehicle being ready, with no communication back to our office.  I am sorry we didn't have as many options as you would have liked based on your application, but we do our best to accommodate the customer based on the situation.  If you would like to discuss please contact us back.  We have made continuous attempts.  Please keep in mind the vehicles are sold as is and we do check outs on all vehicle before sold and the customer is also welcome to take to any mechanic of their choice before purchase.  We do our best to work with each person, our goal is not to get the vehicle back and we pride ourselves on our customer service, but you would need to communicate with us.  

Do not buy a car from this place I bought a car. I paid it off in September 2022. They wont give me my title to my car and they wont remove their self as the lienholder and now I have to get a lawyer to get my title.

I have the videos of the customers family and the way they behaved.  I will upload shortly.  This customer was mailed her title and the certified mailing came back, the customer was then given her title in person and signed for it.  The customer also stated she deleted this post.
