      This company kept my refundable security deposit. My accountant found it while doing taxes. Contacted ****** and ***** and both blamed each other. They then team up and said I didn't give a FULL 30 day notice yet it's a month to month lease I. Which I have a months notice that has been recorded. They charged me a final month and keep the deposit which equate to two months notice if going by their math and justification. I have try to recoup but was told this matter is closed yet no one explained not told me any of this upfront. I was charge $350 for the month of JULY 2022. I gave notice day after they confirmed rent receipt which was July 6. Move out and turned in key by 19th. Never heard a word fr them until we noticed PER MY LEASE that they never gave me back my deposit. Company has lied and manipulated the dates and facts. I was also told NOT to worry about August in which I never had to because I gave notice and it's month to month

      We have contacted the complainant and former tenant by email to discuss their concerns. 

       

      Our month to month lease requires a written 30 day notice to vacate the office without breaking the lease.   Our records show that we did not get a required notice, and the tenant broke the terms of the lease. 

       

      IF THE TENANT CAN PROVIDE US ANY INDICATION OR PROOF OF A 30 DAY NOTICE WE WILL BE GLAD TO PROVIDE THEM WITH A FULL REFUND OF DEPOSIT.  We have advised the tenant as such.

      I am rejecting this response because notice was already provided and attach. Was advised that Aug was not to be worried about being proper notice was given and July payment was just made.

      Just a few days after paying $1600 for their service and rental I asked for a refund and they only refunded $600. I want my other $1000 they kept dishonestly!!!
