      Good afternoon,

      Customer response

      08/22/2023

      Complaint: 20423128

I am rejecting this response because:
The response from Cscrubs is the generic response they provide when called out on their fraudulent behaviors and actions. This is the typical response to blame the consumer for not putting in the work instead of holding themselves accountable. I have provided emails which show on countless occasions of us reaching out regarding concerns and the response from CSCRUBS was yes inventory is low so reach out to other suppliers or wait until ***** drops her scrub line which again the contract was for MED COUTURE NOT CSCRUBS. Regarding the zoom call, there was nothing to call me out for. I was a new retailer  and it was the first zoom call. I also did not log out of the call. I remained on the entire zoom call along with my business partner. ***** became aggressive when I questioned the vendors list, the same aggressive tone in her response. Again, never received the Celebrity Ad in which we were told we were in cue for. This company is full of fraudulent individuals that are rude and insulting, especially *****. Years of taking peoples hard earned money and not providing the services promised.
      Sincerely,

      *********************

Owner advertised a startup business to include a fully loaded website, drop-shipping for a year, two sales catalogs, two cases of scrubs (gifted) as a good faith offer, Marketing materials, filing for EIN, ***. I had to pay additional funds for the *** filing which was not included in my payment of $8,000.00. I was informed that Med couture would be the scrubs brand, and I would have access to inventory of this brand for a year. When my package was completed and I had obtained my sales catalog. I realized that my webpage only had a total of ten products where the catalog had about thirty items. I had a customer request an item in the catalog which was on my site, but not offered. I was told by cscrubs not to use the catalog for sales but webpage only. I was told after the fact that my website was only loaded with the inventory on hand.I later discovered there was no longer a Medcouture contract it ended last May 2022. Many retailers began sharing that cscrubs did not have inventory as the owner was giving it all away with these new package deals 20%,40%,50% off to make room for her new line coming Feb 2023. These retailers were having to find outside suppliers to fulfill customer ***************************** posted an IG video confirming that all inventory (Med couture) was sold in the warehouse. When questioned via email they state they do have a closed Med couture account, but have enough inventory to supply us (retailers) for the year with limited items. My problem is I was not informed that I would only have a limited webpage, limited access to items , and that a new line was dropping in February 2023 where I would have to pay a fee of $1,000.00 due to season changes. My package consisted of 5k for dropshipping. Retailers older ones have confirmed they have not been able to get inventory in months, I was told to use my resources to obtained supplies, but I was not offered any resources ( vendors list) under gold package. This company is misleading people for a profit

Cscrubs with Love Wholesale Division is a wholesale company that sets customers up to sell scrubs online and directly. We set the entire online business up for customers, which included a website. At that time,Cscrubs placed customers into business to sell Med Couture scrubs. Med Couture is one of the top-named brand scrubs in ***************** and is leading in the industry in terms of quality, style, versatility, and comfort. Their website can be located here ***************************.
At the time that ****** opened her account. We had 15 colors available in various styles and sizes that were suitable enough for ****** to run an online business. Many of our retailers submitted thousands of dollars worth of orders weekly, with the same amount of inventory available. ****** was provided a catalog, and with any retail business, everything you see at that exact moment in the catalog may not be available or in stock at that time.Catalogs are created on a seasonal basis, meaning, throughout the season, the items will stock and restock.
Med Couture sold their company in May 2022. Cscrubs made a conscious decision to purchase 1 million dollars worth of inventory so that we could continue to provide our customers with scrubs to sell. We also ensured that we purchased enough inventory to be able to ensure that every customer would be able to be supported throughout their 1-year service agreement. We promise to supply our retailers with scrubs, and that we have done. Sine Med Couture decided that they were selling their company, we decided that we would produce our very own line of scrubs, as in business, you must have a backup plan.
Cscrubs  has not given ANY inventory away, as that would not make sense as the inventory has to remain available for all of our current retailers. Yes, we did do an end of the yearsale as we have done every year we have been in business; that is a normal practice for Cscrubs. The $1,000 fee that ****** speaks of is for a website update. Website updates are not free if our company does the update. If ****** chooses to move forward with the new line of scrubs, then that means that the new inventory has to be uploaded to her site, which is a charge she was aware of before purchasing, as it is on our website and service agreement. Website updates occur 3 times a year when the season changes. We also have an option where customers can update their own website and be provided with a video tutorial so that they can do it themselves.
Although Med Couture has decided to sell their company and close their accounts, Cscrubs has done its best to take immediate action to ensure our retailers would remain in business and still have inventory to sell. Many of our retailers are running their business, with the same amount of stock, with no issues, and are still making thousands monthly with the available inventory.
We are confident that we did our best and grateful that we have many retailers that are successful with the inventory available. We are looking forward to continuing our journey with ****************, as she still has an entire business that was set up by us that is still active and running. We are more than happy to offer any accommodations where plausible. Much success!

When I signed up for this start up business with Cscrubs never was I informed that I would have to pay $5k to carry the new brand. Cscrubs never advised that they did not have a contract with Medcouture for which they could not restock on inventory that has been sold out. The catalog that was provided to me was not even in season. The catalog was outdated. The attached email from cscrubs is telling me not to advertise/refer my customers to look at products but to direct them to my website. My contract says I would have a fully loaded website. I only had limited items to showcase and sell. Cscrubs says they uploaded my website with the most popular items, but those popular items are sold out in the common sizes. How can I make money if they are low on inventory and do not plan on restocking because they no longer have a contract. I am told that when I signed up cscrubs advertised the new line. That is correct, but they told me also that If I wanted to carry the new line that I needed to pay $1k for a website update or I had an option to upload the new inventory information myself at no cost. Now I am being told that I have to pay $5k to carry the new brand, and $1k to upload the products to my website. I haven't not even broke even with the inventory they have on the website. They are limited on colors and style. Cscrubs has not provided any information on the new line, but is asking current retailers to wait until they launch the new line then we have to purchase more inventory. Why did she not explain that she was no longer going to be carrying Medcouture, how can she satisfy my contract for a complete year when she does not have adequate inventory and styles for me to make profit? I have attempted to dispute my funds back so that I can use the remaining funds for marketing and promotion to include purchasing more inventory. Everyone that signed up to Cscrubs had identical website layouts, our flyers were all identical, I had to go and invest more money to print out the marketing materials. Cscrubs were closed from 12/19/2022-01/09/2023. Cscrubs stated the new line would launch in Feb, now they pushed it out until March 2023. The only thing Cscrubs has done was extend my dropship out 6 months. Considering I officially started my business with them October 17,2023. I have videos of Cscrubs CEO stating that she sold all of her Medcouture inventory. I have witness statements from older retailers who were also unable to profit due to lack of variety, and inventory. This company should have informed new retailers that they had limited supply for Medcouture, and that once the new line launched Medcouture would not be their primary focus. I was told that since I am a current retailer I would have access to the new line and only need to pay additional fees if I wanted on hand inventory. I spent $8k of which $5k was for drop shipping Medcouture. Now I have to pay $5k to have access to the new line and that is not fair business. If you visit the Medcouture website you can see the variety of colors and styles for men and women, and you see the limitations of **************************************************************************** ( multiple colors) (Sizes Regular, Petite, Tall) versus **************************************************** Limited colors, only regulars no option for petite, Tall, no variety of joggers in various colors. Cscrubs says that the seasons change in February but the website for retailers for Medcouture has not changed where are the spring colors?

The inventory that was available was listed on our website, prior to the purchase being made. Customers are to review our wholesale inventory tab, so that they can review all inventory in "real time" before deciding to move forward. Also, it is stated on our website, that if customers would like an example of what their website will look like, they can click the link to review. (please see attached screen shot from our website) Additionally, our web developer ask ALL retailer to provide any specialty photos they would like to use, otherwise, Cscrubs will use all standard options. (please see email attached where ****** was informed of this by our web developer) Retailers are also allowed to choose a different website theme as well, if they would like a different layout. (this email proof is attached as well). It is also listed in ******'s paper work that Cscrubs is closed every December for 3 weeks for Winter break. An email went out to ***** advising her that all active retailers are able to upgrade to the new line for FREE. This email has already been previously sent out and we will follow up with ****** to ensure that she has received this communication.
