I'd give it ZERO stars if I could.The SHADIEST, CRAPPIEST excuse for a lending company I have ever worked with.If I could, I would literally take my business ANYWHERE else.For the past half a year they have been reporting my auto loan to the credit report agencies. Suddenly, this month they decided NOT to report it and to REMOVE it from my credit all together. AND DROPPED MY CREDIT SCORE SEVERELY. It is ILLEGAL for them to NOT report a auto loan and yet they choose to do so anyway.When I called about this they talked down to me, we're rude, and hung up on me.AVOID AT ALL COST. I wouldn't send my WORST ENEMY to this piece of s*** sorry excuse for a "company."

It is unfortunate that ********************** does not accept our explanation. We previously advised that we are not required to furnish data to the credit bureaus. We do not furnish data for serviced accounts to the credit bureaus. We also provided a formal response to the BBB.

Did a buy here pay here with A&S MEGA AUTOSALES IN ********* car financial took over without verification I contacted both them and dealership to make payments to the correct person a woman knocked on my door and told me she was partners with A&S AND car financial was not supposed to be getting payments and whatever I paid them I will get deducted off my balance on car she said car financial issued a stolen vehicle report on the vehicle and that she had to lift the report off at the police station and give me paperwork and bring back vehicle gave me her number and said her name was ******* this is her response Me:I gotta go to work at 5 u will be back before then right?Her:No I'm sorry I will not be back by 5 you are repossessed you can't call *** at the car lot 216*** have a good night Me: Y wouldn't u let me get my things out my car or take the ********* have my house keys r u serious Her: Are you f****** serious I told you take your money drugs credit cards or weapons you grabbed your f****** purse so don't f****** play that you had money in that f****** car are you serious b****Me:O wow Her: You are blot This is a SCREENSHOT!!! THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL UNETHICAL ILLEGAL AND the worst experience EVER with any buisness ***** is the rudest individual I have ever spoken with if that's even his name people need to learn how to speak to another human being she came to my home acting as if she was helping me gave me a hug told me I was good and I could pay the 110$ when she got back but nope she was repossessing OVER $110 return fees that was supposed to get sent back to dealership as ***** SAID....these two businesses are a joke and the most unprofessional places I have ever witnessed in my 33 years of life I have seen and been and heard alot this beats it BY FAR! I WILL BE PROSECUTING BOTH businesses employees in car financial need retrained! The bs that comes out their mouths is hurtful unnecessary and not relevant I never got a call notification NOTHING!!!!

CAR Financial did not repossess the vehicle or file a stolen vehicle report. None of the individuals named within the review are CAR Financial employees or agents for CAR Financial. CAR has never visited Ms. ******* residence. Ms. ******* contract was returned to the Dealer September 7, 2023.

I bought a car from a corrupted dealer that is called Showcase in *********** *****. This idiot sold my account to this other idiots from Car Financial Services. This financial service has harassed me on my work on emails and text messages since day one. So now they're stating that I have not made payments on my car when the car lot was taken the payments from my account on direct deposit. I told car finance that I could send them my bank statement and they're telling me that they don't want that and they're not going to take my word. At this point I already filed a complaint to the attorney general to the ************************** and made a police report in *********** ***** I have reported them to the **** So now they are harassing me that they are going to attack my credit. I hope they do this because they don't know what is coming to them f****** idiots

Originally purchased from a buy here pay here was unaware account was being sold to car financial, never signed any contracts or paperwork with car financial. Ive made my payments for the last year and a half with no issues to this company. I recently lost my job and informed them of this, since then I have been harassed daily with different messages from different phone numbers and text messages from this company. The customer service is horrible. I do not advise anyone to finance a vehicle through a company like this. I believe the main office is in ********* but the office that I deal with is located in ********* ******* and they are the worst. I have saved messages of them basically screaming about a payment which I informed them have been placed in the mail a week later and Im still getting the same threatening phone calls.

Got a car financed from CGA Auto 6/15/23 through this ********** returned the car because it had transmission issues on 7/7/23 & was told the contract was voided. I saw it now attached to my credit on 7/10/2023 and when I called car financial I was told the account was closed but dealership hadnt paid off the car. Went up to the actual office 7/17/2023, Spoke with ***** the manager who says she promises to process the new application for the 2008 ****** rouge that was submitted by CGA Auto on 7/21/2023 to Car Financial and verified it was received by the representative on the phone around 4pm. ***** stated she couldnt give me anything but give me her word she will make that new application submitted being processed priority this ********* review update will act as my own paper trail. It shouldnt take all this to cancel & process everything out when you return a car in less than 30 days for large mechanical issues. Both this financial company and CGA Auto is shady & if a car lot uses them I would run the other way. I feel taken advantage of because Im not Hispanic or speak Spanish because I saw a common theme between treat of the different clients that visited those businesses. This is why people dont like car lots or car financing companies. These dated updates in my review is because both CGA auto dealership and Car financial services stated they cant provide written documentation that this deal has been closed, processed or handled which doesnt sound legal especially with a finance company. 7/20/23 I called and was told by the representative that the status of my account has been handled. I requested documentary proof that the account has been closed but they cannot provide me with such documentation. the dealership says only finance can provide said paperwork & that it will take Months to come off my credit report when it went on my credit report the next business day (Monday) after I returned the car 7/7/23. They are not trust worthy at all

I started with a buy here pay here named ********** in ********, ** they got me a loan with Car Financial Services. I paid 2 years of completely on time payments. Im getting the runaround now that its time to send the title. The final answer they gave me now is the buy here pay here is listed as lienholder and i need to contact them. Again they are lut of business now and it shouldnt have anything to do with them at this point. Car Financial should have the title. Im done dealing with this stiff because in the end i paid $8000 for a car now worth maybe ****. But still i get the runaround from them to the point that now customer service reps conveniently cant find my file.

We have tried to contact him to provide an update in reference to his concern. If ************ would like more information, we ask that he please contact one of our representatives at ************.

I have an issue with your companies customer service. I spoke with the manager ****** of your ************* office, and he was very rude. While I was on the phone he was laughing. He informed me the calls were not recorded when clearly automated system said the were recorded. He was also very short and condescending when he was speaking to me. Please let me know what you all will be doing to correct this matter. Thank you

Back in 2019 I was homeless and pregnant! I went to a car dealership to get me a car because I began having pregnancy complications from walking all the time to and from work etc. So not having drivers license and not being able to afford to pay for them at that time I had chose to go to a dealership that takes 500 down. Affordable auto address is **************************************************************************************! I told them my circumstance in hopes that they would not get me for my money or make me feel robbed! But, just like majority of these greedy businesses I was tricked! I had no idea that there was a third party and at that time I was in desperate need for a vehicle! I read through the fine print but it did not explain that there was a third party involved and that even if I returned the car or pay it off they would not remove derogatory remarks off of my credit! I called car financial and they refused to take it off my credit report! Even though I sent the car back to affordable autos in better condition when I drove it off the lot! I spend a lot of money on that car and this should be illegal! I am asking today that I can get help with requiring these businesses to verbally state everything one needs to know before purchasing from them! Im tired of my poor community being ripped off and finessed for the little bit we do have! I expect an apology for my credit report still being effected by car financial 2years later!
