Amazing company, my whole family are clients and because of the knowledge they've taught me, I wouldn't want to trust anyone else. Almost all of the bad reviews are about seem to be about individual ***resentative they're dealing with. This company has taught me all I know about money, and my *** also invites me to learn about money sometimes too. It really helps to be on the same page sometimes.Review from Stacie W

All of Primerica is a SCAM pyramid scheme!!! It is too good to be true! They were higher on everything I was quoted and only wanted me to give them names/numbers of people they could call and bug. TERRIBLE experience overall!!Review from Joseph B

They will purposely withhold information while trying to recruit you to their ******** also have to verify if information they give you is true because they will make up figures and outright lie. Saying things like 60k/year minimum working part time! They average wage in 2023 was 7k/year.Review from Maria H

As a costumer and agent I can see how recruiting tactics can be overwhelming and pushy and I do not support this type of approach when it comes to offering licensing through us for part time income or education. But as an agent and client I also have learned the company polices dont bend much for anyone in this company or any other company and if anyone missed a payment or their policy lapsed it will be very hard to get it to pay out in the period the policy is canceled I agree agents must take their jobs seriously and the **** must make sure everyone is doing good every single month ! This is a serous matter peoples lives are on the line But I have also dealt with very irresponsible costumes who do not reply calls or texts when they need to be approved or past due on premiums and some times this can discourage an agent to follow up Overall I am happy I am a client and agent I will do my best to always put the clients interest first and serve anyone I come across with professionalism and loveReview from Dion S

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service provided by Primerica. As a loyal policyholder for the past 40 years (since Aug 17, 1992), our family has always trusted this company to uphold its commitments and provide the level of service that reflects such a longstanding relationship. However, recent events have led me to question this ******** May 2024, we unfortunately missed a payment, which resulted in the lapse of a life insurance policy. We were not aware of this lapse until we opened up mail a couple of months later at a secondary home address, not the primary residence, which significantly delayed our response. Upon realizing the issue, we acted swiftly to reinstate the policy mailed the reinstatement package using priority mail in August and paid the appropriate amount to do so.Tragically, during the period when the policy was lapsed and under review for reinstatement, my loved one covered by this policy passed away in September. As a result, Primerica did not reinstate the policy and will not be receiving the amount of coverage for which we had diligently paid premiums for four decades. This situation has been exacerbated by the fact that the reinstatement package we submitted before the death of our loved one was not considered.We are deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and compassion shown by Primerica. We believe that a company with a reputation for reliability and customer care should have made more effort to prevent such a lapse, especially for a customer of my long-standing. The fact that my family holds a second policy in good standing with your company only underscores my disappointment with the handling of this situation. The lack of empathy and understanding shown during this difficult time has irrevocably affected my trust in this company. Now, we must finds the funds and deal with the burden to pay for Services we spent a great deal of time avoiding to pay.Review from Arpine K

Primerica is a SCAM and they are CROOKS!! My parents have been paying for their monthly life insurance for 20+ years, and about 2 years ago, my mother went on State disability due to her many illnesses and could no longer work. Their Agent advised them that Primerica has a Disability Waiver program, which allows you to stop making monthly payments due to being disabled and not being able to work. Thus, my parents applied for this program and were approved, so they stopped making the monthly payments. The following year, they received paperwork to re-apply for the Disability Waiver program, and this time my mother's disabilities has gotten worst. We filled out all the appropriate paperwork, along with her physician, and they came back denying her disability waiver AND denying and kicking her out of her policy!!!! First, the State of CA and her Doctor have diagnosed her as totally disabled and unable to work, so how does Primerica (****** *********) have the legal right or decency to say she's not totally disabled AND deny her benefits and cancel her policy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! There's about 8 of our family members who will now be CANCELLING our policies because this company is a SCAM! We are also looking into Lawyers!Review from Katherine S

Crooks!!!!!!!!My husband and I have been paying our primerica life insurance policy since pre 1991!!!!We have NEVER received a phone call from a single representative for any follow up of any kind over the years. Further, when I log into the user portal I have zero messages. Apparently the company didnt receive my quarterly premium payment check. In addition another quarter lapsed and no notification was sent to me ( if notified I did not receive it). Consequently they CANCELED my policy !No notification of cancellation, neither via US mail OR the portal. I spoke with an upper level **********, ********, who basically accused me of being dishonest and running my sentences together.being incoherent, etc. ?I am a small business owner and have NEVER spoked to a client in this manner in my life. My husband and I are now 65, both in excellent health, and expect our policy would be reinstated without their ridiculous 2 year conditional period for review should a claim be submitted ( are you joking????) AFTER we pay our past due premiums, AND submit bloodwork for review? This sounds convoluted and non committal on their part, at best. Again, ZERO notification via the portal or otherwise. Zero loyalty to a customer who has paid their premium in full, and on time for DECADES. Inaccuracies from BOTH **********s ( The first ********** initially told me they sent six notices.. ) and an huge faux pas on the part of ********** ********, for your insensitivity in calling a client incoherent. Maybe upset would have been a more insightful observation????Hopefully these run-on sentences wont be too complicated for you to sort out today.Review from Kimberly O

On August 16th I talk to Primerica and was gonna do it but was told not to because may be a scam so I told them that day and on August 17th that I was not going to do it. On August 19th the took $99.00 plus $25.00 out of my account anyways. I called them that morning and ask for my money back. She stated that it was canceled and I should receive my money back within 5-7 business days. It is now August 28th, 2024 an I have still not gotten my money back. Primerica has been a blessing to our family in many ways, we have been educated on how to be financially independent and are on our way to being debt free! It was a pleasant and informative conversation with *********************************, PFS representative. She navigated me thru old paperwork (1993) I found from PFS to get me up to date on my PFS account/s. She encouraged me to educated myself on PFS investments. I'm a senior now and I value the patience and customer care I received today from PFS, especially when it was about my hard earned money in 1993. I can reinvest with confidence. Thank you ********!**************
