      I live in fl but went to AMG Motors in ga to purchase a car I saw online. I was told that they would send the title work to ******* but it was not done. I also had payments returned for the account being closed and asked 5 times to verify where I send the payment but the info wasn't ever given. When I called them and text them the 11th time I was told their in house finance wouldn't let them send the title info to ******* or verify where to send payments. I need them to send the info so I can register the car.

      I was in bankruptcy at the time I picked a car out (older,used, just something to get me around) I. Put $1000. down on a $4000 car. When I got home, a couple days later it began wearing on my mind and I called my attorney. She said you can’t purchase a car until the final hearing in about 4 months. I called “Dexter” at AMG and he said he’d be happy to refund my money and hoped to do business with me. I’ve had people from bankers to my attorney listen to him say he would send it. And he’s yet to do it. Now he’s saying he doesn’t have to. And they’ve sold the car , which is probably a Blessing in disguise. They lie and have very questionable business practices.

      Was owed a brake booster for a 2005*** ******** upon driving home 130 miles have way home it started to rain when to turn on wipers on but no go needless to say it was very scary the rest of the wayhome the next day service engine light came on it was temporary clear before my purchase end up being a manifold problem this company is really shady still waiting on brake booster it's a month and a half still no tag or title and a hundred dollar head light was also non functional

      They have 2 car lots one in Eastman ga and one in cordele ga I purchased mines in cordele ga, however at the time of purchase my front bumper of the 20** ***** ****** ** was loose on both sides the bottom underneath of it was hanging all the clips were gone and ABS system was out of place, so the owner of The cordele location contacted Dexter at the Eastman location and Dexter told me to bring it to Eastman location to have his tech fix it so that follow Friday march 15th I arrived at the Eastman location where they said they was taking care of the issue and one of the guys his tech mentioned that they don't do BODY WORK to cars ONLY internal issue so they took the car back garage 30 minutes later they come from the garage with it the man told me to get in and he took it for a test drive and while I was in there with him he told me he got all the lights off the dash he fixed ABS system which he did so we pull back up at the car lot get out he walk inside the building I'm looking at my bumper I noticed that they tied up underneath my bumper with Velcro they didn't put all the screws in the bumper so it just popped back out and then they cost more damage to my side driver front fender they pushed it in and now my headlight is hanging off so Dexter told me to bring it back the next day that was March 16th that Saturday they open at 10:00am his sell person Chris let me in and he said they going to pull your car around shortly they had other customers arriving looking at vehicles I had my sister with me we just walking around looking at cars how the other customers were while my car was getting fix they garage have a BIG door opening you can see all cars they're fixing,me and sister are walking back to the front we seen my car up on the rack up we stopped and look Dexter comes out of nowhere slamming door in our face was very Rude and we asked him why he did that he could have just asked us to come from around there or they don't allow people around there ONLY because we asked that he tell me ok well this is going to cost you from getting your car fixed because we asked him why he was so rude slamming the door in our face he ask us to leave and that he not going to fix my car that they damaged in the process of fixing so I called the police while the police is on the way he kept approaching me and I was telling him to keep his distance so the police finally arrives I tell the police everything that went on.

      You were told to kindly wait at our lobby or front of the car lot while we worked on your vehicle. There is signage by our shop door that no customers are allowed in this area. This is for your safety and ours. You insisted on watching the techs work on your vehicle in the shop. This is unorthodox as far as vehicle repairs are concerned. You refused to move, harassed our employees and made verbal threats to attack our employees. As a result we have been forced to trespass you from our business. Also, we did not damage your vehicle as you claim. There were fresh scuff marks on the bumper indicating your vehicle was involved in minor physical contact AFTER you originally took possession of your vehicle. Please look at your "WE OWE" and "Buyers Guide" documents. All agreed on terms have been met and fulfilled. Please contact us over the phone for any further questions or concerns. You are not welcome to our dealerships and will be charged with trespassing if you do so.

      I traded my perfectly good 2015 ****** for a ******** **** the ******** started leaking oil after I got it home and I brought it back they refused to give me back my car and put me in a even worse car that I’ve had to replace the cv axle in and it also has a bent rim and it is deemed a total loss on insurance and they are refusing to do anything about it

      Hi, Originally the ******** you purchased did not have an oil leak at the time of sale. It was sold AS IS with no Warranty and disclosed as such. Regardless we asked you to bring in the ******** for us to diagnose the oil leak concern. While you did bring the ******** you were not willing to wait to for a special order line from ******** to fix this oil leak. We offered to fix this leak as an one time courtesy repair. Instead you preferred to swap out this ******** for another vehicle. This other vehicle was a ***. You checked this vehicle extensively before purchase and were happy with the swap. Later, after purchase you stated you hit a pot hole or some road imperfection causing the CV Axle, Tire and Wheel to become damaged. We cannot be held liable for damaged occurred as such. We checked out notes and confirmed this *** did not have any CV Axle or Wheel defects at the time of sale. We recommend you file a claim with your insurance due to the road imperfections that caused these issues you are dealing with. You also claimed this *** has a salvage title which is incorrect. The original title copy was provided to you showing a clean title. If there's anything else we can do to help you, please reach out.

      they business is lying about offering to fix it they told me it was a head gasket blew on the ******** and I never said I hit a pot hole the cv axle was broke at time of purchase I had to replace it on my own I can bring it to court and you can tell the damage that was done was not from a tire going flat while driving never in my life have I ever heard of a tire going flat causing the cv axle to break you want to make up 1000 excuses when everyone in ******* knows y’all are crooks and I have 100+ statements I can provide from multiple people showing where you have ripped them all off as well even a former employer of y’all’s named Rex has admitted on said post that y’all are crooks

      Claimed damages were not present at time of sale. This is according to our inspection report. Regardless the vehicle is sold AS IS with no warranty. Please refer to Buyers Guide.

      I have been sold a lemon car and I'm so upset about my money I put 4,000 into a car I kept complaint on to the company about it I'm so disappointed I would like my money back .. I'm a hard working provider... he said I will have to pay 3750 in order for my car back .. and it can not go towards my payments I have called and told them about the car they keep acting to fix it .. they said when I brought the car everything was check out .. I don't have that kind of money to pay for a car .. so I don't understand why can't I get another one

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/27) */ Customer admitted to driving the vehicle while overheating. We recommended to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. Customer insisted on driving the vehicle and blew the engine's head gasket. Vehicle was sold as is with no warranty. This happened several months after purchase. We are offering to replace the engine at our cost as a reasonable solution.

      Sold car with non working head likes . Bill of sale said sold as it. I figure for safety reasons l should of been told of the issue then l would ask for it to be fix. The issue was hidden by them my removing the fuses. With fuses in the head lights will not turn off. Once removed no lights working. They said the don't inspect head lights before selling of car. But this is not true because this is why they removed the fuses. They knew about the issue and did this to hide the issue in order to avoid a 2000 dollar job to repair the problem. They lied to me. I put put into a dangerous situation nor knowing the fuses were removed l drove car at night and when l wentbto turn on lights l had nothing. I had to use emergency flashing lights to see the road partially and drive close behind a vehicle that had lights. I want reimbursement of cost of repairs at my own garage. I am 1500 miles away from home so have to do it right away in order to get home.
