On Feb 28 2024 I ordered 2Trill lux shirts totaling $71.97. I have yet to receive tracking on my order and no email response. I'd like the items I ordered sent with a tracking number or a full refund for items I haven't received.Initial Complaint

I ordered from trill &lux which I thought would be a good experience. What I got was everything but that. They do respond to emails nor direct messages. Also the phone is disconnected. I have $165 worth of merchandise with no tracking information or nothing. Im beyond upset. Please please be careful when ordering from this sightInitial Complaint

I placed an order on 12 Sep 22 (#*****). It was shipped on 19 Sep 22. Due to an error in the address (my fault) the shipment was returned to the originator on the 25th of October. I contacted trill and lux who informed me I would recieve an invoice to resend my item to the correct address. I have not recieved an invoice and the company has not returned my funds. I have reached out to them on numerous occasions via both ******** and via email with no response. This is truly unacceptable and has unfortunately come down to me filing this complete.Initial Complaint

I went online trying to find a outfit to match my birthday shoes so I ordered outfit that I seen it's been over two weeks and I still haven't received it well over 10 working days. I reached out to them via email no response in days I went online call the number which was not a working number moments later my old profile was deleted I went back on there at mobile app called track and I couldn't see anything relating to my purchase just want to refundInitial Complaint

We paid $98.76. Not only did it arrive many weeks too late, but it contained huge red text on the back which we did not see on the phone when visiting hte website. Noone really expects text on the back of a jacket that is a **** jordan ******* It advertised Trill and Lux.Once we received it my son said he hated the text and I tried to return it., They said they never accept returns. I purchased a pair of joggers from this company on 11/18/21 for $80. I received an email on 11/30/21 stating that my ordered was on the way. I clicked on the tracking number provided and it stated that a pre shipping label had been created for my shipment but they have not received the item yet. I gave it a few days for the tracking to update. It is now 12/11/21 and I have yet received my item and tracking status is still the same stating a pre shipment label has been created. I have emailed this company 3 times regarding my orders, but no response. I have tried to call the number listed on their website and it goes straight to voicemail, which I have also left a message. They are scamming people and taking the money but not shipping out the products. I am upset because this was supposed to be part of a Christmas gift for my husband. This was a waste of $80 spent. My order# for this purchase is *****.
