On Thursday may 4 at 10:00am I called Cloverland ranch to book two ATVS for me and my girlfriend to enjoy which came up to 321$ I was referred to this company by a friend so I seen nothing wrong with it and went to ****** to see just how far of a distance it was from my house on ****** maps was there phone number so I called a young lady answered and I talked to her about booking she explained to me that their systems was down and I was to book using cashapp to hold my appointment which I agreed so once booking was confirmed she sent me a policy stating no refunds or rescheduling if you miss your appointment at no time was I made aware of this policy not from the young lady who took my payment or it wasnt stated on ****** when I looked it up so this violates due process, so traffic formed on my way there and I notified the company if possible can I reschedule because I wasnt going to make it on time they said no , so I asked if my girlfriend could just come instead since she wouldve made the appointment they said no I would have to come which they knew I wasnt going to make it I asked for a refund it was denied, so I had to chalk up 321$ as a loss when I wasnt even properly notified about the policy
