I have a doodle & we have been loyal clients to blossoms grooming for almost 6 years. I had been trying to reach them for two weeks to schedule my doodles next appt. I was able to reach someone at their new office in Bonaire but she stated that I'd need to reach out to the Ft. Valley location to due to limited availability. I called the Ft. Valley location multiple times, I left multiple messages. I was never contacted. This isn't the first time this has happened so I went to FB & made a post stating that I needed a new groomer ASAP (which I did find & love) due to ours not returning my calls/messages. Apparently, the owner of blossoms saw my FB post & got irritated. So irritated that she decided to tell some individuals (behind my back) that I was neglectful to my dog. That he was always severely matted, had horrible tear ducts & even went as far to say that he came in with a penial infection. She also stated that she had fired us as clients. ALL of this was news to me as I could never get her on the phone. Never once did my dog have an infection, never once was I told we were fired as clients. He also doesn't suffer from severe matting. Unfortunately for her, she was telling people that know me personally these things & it was more than one person. Aside from having my patient privacy breached, my doodle has suffered a few injuries from her salon to include a horrible rash, hot spot, knicked ears & being knocked off of the grooming table with a leash still around his neck making him holler out in pain. None of these instances happened at the hands of the owner which is why I started requesting her personally but never the less I let this treatment go on for far too long. I will never return to blossoms & I will never recommend them. I'm appalled & disgusted by the owners behavior. Even worse, no apology was given, she just wanted to know who was saying these things about her. Extremely unprofessional & hopefully this is a hard lesson learned for her.
