We contacted Drain Surgeon on August 27, 2024 in *******, GA. on *** ****** **** because we had water coming up in our bathroom door way. They sent Micheal out he used a sonar leak detector and stated that we had a pipe burst in our concrete slab. Drain surgeon quoted us $4,500 for the job and we let them do the work. The work that had to be done per drain surgeon was install new plumbing all over the house. We found out after the plumbing had been done that the plumbing did not have to be done because it was our ac drain line that was clogged and we also had 4 leaks after they installed the plumbing. 2 leaks has been halfway fixed but the other two are still leaking. We have water damage to the flooring we had installed last year and water leaking in 3 walls. my mother is a heart patient and has respiratory issues so now we have to deal with mold possibly growing in the walls. We have tried contacting Drain surgeon but John the supervisor has not returned our phone calls as well as lied to us about fixing the holes in the wall in compensation for the floors. We went up there and to drain surgeon and I have video of the conversation and video of the conversations with the guys John sent to our house to do the work.

Drain Surgeons installed a new drain field for us back in February & we apparently now have black water leaking from it (visible in the woods where it was installed). We called & explained what was happening & scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and inspect-They never showed. I waited onsite for over 2 hrs, called & was told that the technician who was supposed to show had called in that day, with no concern to call & let me know. We scheduled another appointment, took time off work again, only for them to come, look at it & leave without even announcing their presence. I called again & was told that they already came & looked at it. For several days I heard nothing back, so I called & was told that the technician suspected we had increased our water usage - I can assure you that with a small family of 3, our water usage is comparable to what it has been for the past 8 yrs that we've lived here, not much has changed & we have no leaky toilets or fixtures. They said they were waiting on the county, but that someone would reach out. (their excuse thus far). I never heard anything back, so once again I called & was once again assured that someone would call - it is now Wednesday & we still haven't heard back from anyone. With all that said, I'm just trying to get to the bottom of it, as we've been trying to get an answer as to what is going on for a couple weeks now, calling numerous times, with no call backs. Surely they warranty their work, but at this point our brand new drain field is actively leaking black water into our yard & I have no idea what to do about it. I won't even mention how long it took for them to install the system - It's unfortunate, because based on the numerous good reviews, we were hopeful that we were hiring a good, reputable company, but The Drain Surgeon company has proven thus far to be utterly unprofessional, unresponsive and lacking in professional curtesy. I would recommend others steer clear of using their services.
