I paid ***** on November 30. Theyve claimed theyve shipped the product twice now and yet all theyve done is printed a shipping label. They obviously are collecting lots and lots of money on product that they dont have an inventory.This is a legitimate company running legitimate scams.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on November 4th. I received an email saying my product would ship on November 21st along with an order number. On November 28th I finally received an email saying it was shipped with a **** tracking number. As of today, December 3rd, **** says a shipping label was printed but they never received the item. The company has not responded to any emails and there is no phone number to call. Checking on ********* I have seen a number of other people with the same complaint.Business response

I ordered the product and upon arrival have learned it is not as user friendly as I believed. Deciding it would be better to return for a refund, as is advertised. Ive been unsuccessful in reaching the company to process my return/refund. There is no phone number available. Ive yet to be able to reach them using the email provided.USPS tracking # on the package: **** **** 0 56 (second number lost in opening package) **** **** 08
