They freaking sucks!!! They took my $100 never ordered the part for my dishwasher!! Its been 3wks now they dont answer the phone and leaving any messages is ridiculous because they never call back!! This is a fraudulent service and we the consumers demand legal action against this useless company!!! If all the customers are saying the same thing then it has to be accurate!!Review from Scott T

I wish I could give no stars! Make sure you do your best to research this company for actual reviews do a state check also make sure you file appropriate complaints against company business licensing. They are frauds they only come to collect money, they will never actually look to diagnose the problem.Review from Debra P

Terrible customer service. Came out on 4/15 to check my oven as it was not working properly. After checking oven, Technician stated he would contact Choice and let them know it was not operational. After 2 week passed I contacted Choice and was told Tinks would be ordering parts. I have left several messages in addition to text messages and got no response. It is May 22 - I still have no parts. Contacted the corporate office, and told them this company has an F rating with the BBB nor are they accredited. I suggested they not use this company for repairs. Looks like Im gonna have to buy a new stove. I am out the $85 for now. If this company comes to your door - dont let them in.Review from Dennis B

Terrible experience with ******* and ****'s Appliance Repairs. This guy is a scam artist. Came swiftly to collect the deposit stayed lest than 5 mins no tools. Then made a diagnosis based on nothing and said he'd be back to complete the work. Looked on the hwa site to learn he closed the ticket as complete. I reopened the ticket and tried calling tinks repeatedly over the course of a month with no contact no call back. He finally called back 3 months later saying the part needed is on backorder without an expected date of replenishment. Wish I would have canceled when he was 1st assigned prior to his arrival.Review from Kelise W

Why cant I give 0 stars! I had a claim through my home warranty and it was sent to Tinks Appliance Repairs. I called them and left a message because it was after hours. They did not call me back so I called and the guy that answered the phone says he could not pull my information but he would call me back and of course he did not. I called back and they stated they still could not pull up my information. I figured this was a sign because when I looked them up online I did not see a good review anywhere! I called my home warranty back to get reassigned.Review from Betty M

I'm a Choice Warranty customer. Choice provided me with Tink's contact information. I have left 3 very detailed voice mail messages and never received a response. Do not waste your time!
