If there was a 1/2 star. I would have given this "business" that. My dog went in for a grooming and came out with a strained leg. They claimed it was caused by him resisting his toenails being trimmed. "Professionals" should know how to handle this. I will never ever allow my dog to be treated by these hacks!! The facilities are subpar and they are simply not qualified to be handling dogs, in my opinion. I observed them being indifferent to customers concerned about their dogs' service and unwilling to take responsibility or even apologize for what happened with my dog. If you care about your pet, please do not patronize this place.

I took my baby there yesterday 7/13 with specific instructions not to cut his ears and a #5 cut. When I picked him up, his ears had been chopped almost to the rim. I was told that he had some mat on his ears and that he wouldn't let her cut . Whomever should have called me and I would have told them to leave them as is. That was the worst "grooming" I have ever seen. I almost didn't recognize my baby. I won't be returning there. Don't let that website fool you!

Start by saying my baby has been there several times for grooming and boarding and I never had an issue up to this point, it may be under new management but I'll never use again. This time around we left our baby for 5 days, while we were away we got a call that our dog has had diarrhea for 2 days but was told it's normal due to anxiety so that's what we took it as but as I said she's been there several times and never had this issue. When we picked her up she was shaking lethargic when she's usually excited but again maybe she was still "stressed" took her home and let her out side and she did number 2 got it on her so I gave her a quick bath- went to dry her off and she made the loudest scream when I dried her but area, so I immediately looked at that area and notice it was beet red and big sores I was in disbelief what I was looking at so got a closer look and it is so bad it bought tears to my eyes. I called guppy first thing in the morning inquiring what looks like razor ***** from grooming. They assured me that it wasn't and it was from "diarrhea being left on her backside to long" so they are saying they let my dog sit in f**** which caused a burn. From the phone call they paid my dog no attention while boarding, neglected her so much that they let her sit in f**** and cause ***** to her bottom. She was completely dehydrated and that was the lethargic look she had, she came home and drink a bowl of water which happens never from a yorkie. They put her in a cage and forgot about her and tried to make her look pretty and groomed before we arrived to get her. Please stay away from this company if you care about your little baby. I'm not a review writer but this definitely warrants one just to make other parents aware of the neglect from this place. Even walking In to the place it smells so bad, not the typical grooming place smell. I can only imagine what the boarding area looks like my baby was probably in a cage of filth. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PLEASE!

This place...straight up trash, asked for a very specific cut on my Yorky puppies, they showed me a picture of what I asked for and I agreed it was exactly what I wanted and then six hours later they tell me to come pick up my dogs, I walk into loud heavy metal music blasting, I folks with wild hair and tattoos laughing and explaining that they're sorry and that the groomer "got into a zone". (Does that mean he was high and blanked out?) I was pertified, I thought they killed my babies the way they kept repeating how he got into a zone. I asked them where my two babies OK. They finally brought them both out. I didn't even recognize my 4 month old Amina...Who I asked for a ***** bear cut, with boots. They gave her a pitbull buzz cutt... bald. And they did nothing to my 7 month old. He looked exactly the same. Neither of their nails were trimmed, they smell asif they didn't get a bath. Their teeth weren't brushed. And they appeared traumatized when I picked them up. I have been taking my seven-month-old to a groomer across town monthly and decided to try this place because it was closer to my house.I cried all the way home, my heart what is broken. And I apologized to my babies all night. They were both emotionally disturbed and I have never seen them so distressed. I don't know what happened to them at that place. There is absolutely nothing Yuppy about the Yuppie Puppy. They are unprofessional, have zero accountability, and should be shut down. They need to change the name to "Trailer Park Trims".
