We had a home built in the ******* ** ********* **** ** ******* ******* by ******** ***** which was completed in September 2022. They contracted Peachy Clean Landscaping to do all landscaping. They planted plants that died from the frost. I contacted them through their website and it stated that all their vegetation had a 1 year guarantee. When I asked them about it they said the website was wrong and they only give a 90 day warranty. I screenshot the page and sent it to them. A couple of days later I checked their website again and they changed it to 90 days but I still have the picture where it says 1 year. With that being said, why would they plant plants in September that would not withstand the cold? I feel that they should honor the 1 year guarantee. Even the Home Depot and Lowe’s guarantee their plants for 1 year.
