On **************** my trash was not picked up by **************. Over the next several days, *************, I called the sanitation in regards to a service I pay for that was not done. My trash was yet again not picked up on***************** and I tried to call again. I finally got in touch with '***** *****' at **** and was belittled and yelled at over the phone for calling too often. I am forced to have this contract from the ******************* and feel that my money is being taken for a service that ************** cannot provide.Business response
