Accent Roofing did an excellent job repairing damage we had to part of our roof, ***************** caused by a strong storm that sent the top of a tree into our house. They were prompt at coming out for a free and thorough inspection & estimate including clear photos of the damage which required repairs and a detailed written estimate of all material's and scope of work including cleanup. Very professional customer **********************, and roofers. I would recommend Accent Roofing for any roofing & related projects.

They were first rate! Very professional. Did an excellent job. Wont trust anyone else to do my roof. The drone showing the progress and the protecting of our shrubs and deck was an extra that I didnt expect.

This was the first time I had to replace a roof. Everyone was very patient and thorough with answering my questions and making it very easy for me through the process. We realized that our roof was in the last legs, so we contacted about six roofing companies to get an estimate. Our Criteria were based on internet reviews. The companies tried to push us to close the deal on the spot and their prices were close to each other. Accent Roofing impressed us from the beginning with the material that they presented to us, the folders showing all types of shingles, warranties, and a copy of their insurance and they did not push us to close the deal at the interview. Accent price was competitive, and we decided to go with them. All the process of replacing the roof from the time of schedule it to the day of the replacement Accent Roofing impressed us. They scheduled the day that we wanted, answered all our questions, and gave us all orientation on how the process would take place and what we should do to be prepared. On the day of the replacement, I realized that I had a broken attic fan. ****, the supervisor, was amazing answering all my questions and helping me with the replacement of the fan without charging me. In the end, they cleaned around the house spotless, and we did not have any damage to our plants, and air conditioning units. They walk through us about the new roof before leaving.After 2 weeks after replacing the roof, they are still following up with us to make sure that we are satisfied.This kind of company is difficult to find nowadays, and they should be a model of how to do business where the client comes first then the money. The company is great overall. This was my second time dealing with the company. The first visit was flawless. My main gripe was being misdiagnosed and in all honesty what the sales person wrote up, wasn't done. I was suppose to have a sheet of wood replaced because it had a hole in it but instead it was patched up. Also, they accidentally cut the wrong vent out due to the inaccuracy of notes. They had to fix that. The technician that came out was apologetic and had to contact the company in order to get some money taken off. I appreciate the technician because he was honest and told us that we were "misdiagnosed." Those were his words. If I had to do business with the company again, I would request a technician only and not a sales person. I don't knownhow effective a drone could do to find a leak. The first tech that came out claimed on the roof before diagnosing the issue. Also, debris was left behind this time unlike the first visit. If it wasn't for the crew that came out the second time, we could have really been ripped off. I still think it's a great company but I will never know what I should have been charged. Next, time I will call around and get quotes and not base it on previous business dealings. I learned that I will not get the same technician. Lastly, everyone I've dealt with at the company was very professional.

I was extremely happy with the speed in scheduling the repairs. **** was here on a Thursday and the roof was repaired by the following Wednesday. Will recommend Accent Roofing to my family and friends. **************
