I purchased a bra online sized 34D and was charged $28.47 on 9/12/2023. Today (9/23/23) I received a bra labeled a size 6XL - tho the cups would probably fit, the underbust is absolutely huge and there is no way I can make this work. I called the company, which was no easy feat as there were numerous hoops to jump through to get to that point, but I digress. I spoke to ***** on the phone who offered me the solution of keeping the bra and receiving 50% of my payment back. I told her no, I'd rather have a bra that fit, but she recommended against that and told me to check my email for directions to return the bra. We ended the phone call and I checked my email where there was an offer from LannaCloset to get back 70% of my purchase price and just keep the bra. I don't want this bra - what am I supposed to do with it? I just want my 100% of my money back.Initial Complaint

I ordered 1 bra from Lanna Closet, today I received 3 bras, all of them a 5X. I would never order that size. I ordered a size 44D, as it was shown on the website. I tried to try on 1 of the bras and I could not get it past my arm. I immediately tried to contact the company but of course they do not have any contact information for me to speak to a customer service rep. ******* they have a choice to either send your items back for a replacement or send the items back and receive partial refund which is very unfair because it does not state that on the site under their terms for refunds. I do not want a placement because I already feel like I have been scammed for my hard earned money. I just received these items so it definitely has not gone past the refund time. I just want to return these items and get my full refund and never deal with this company again.Initial Complaint

I purchased 2 items on line from Lanna Closet on 3/7. The day after I received the order (approximately 3/20) I sent the company an email asking to begin a return process, as the items did not fit. Their response was to ask me for my measurements in order to being an exchange. I replied that I did not wish to exchange the items, but to return them. Their website clearly states that they will process exchanges if requested within 7 days of receipt, which I did. They have failed to respond to my latest email. I am asking this business to adhere to their stated policy on returns and send me instructions regarding how to return the items to them. I am also seeking a refund upon processing the return. Thank you
