Do NOT buy from them!!! They sent me the exact same product twice in the wrong color. When I asked for a refund, they refused and told me to "please allow a slight difference in the actual color compared to the mockup images". I ordered a red product. I received a pink product twice. I think I can tell the difference between pale pink and red and that is not a slight difference! They stated no additional compensation could be offered to me since my original product was replaced. I never received the original product I wanted! They sent me the wrong item twice. Instead, they offered me a 50% discount to purchase new items at their store. Like I would EVER buy anything from them again. Save your money and learn from my mistake!!!Review from Michael S

Placed a order months ago. Multiple people w multiple emails back and forth. Different dates and details given. Some say order lost in IL. Others say not lost. State replacement here 7-10 days. Still in ******Seems like a scam. Will be contacting my credit card company.Review from Bob B

I saw them on Instagram and ordered a bookmark. I used PayPal because I thought it was safer than a credit card--just in case. Anyway, everything went smoothly and I have no complaints. In fact, they emailed me frequently, letting me know where the item was, when it was sent from *****, when it arrived in the U.S., when it cleared customs, and when it would be delivered. It arrived a few days ahead of the date promised. I had it sent directly to a friend, who likes it. Hope I didn't use up my luck for the year on this.Review from Heather M

Worst company. Such a scam! Do not order! Have yet to receive my order for Mothers Day. Ordered on 5/1/24. Got email that it was coming from *****????? This is supposedly a small US based company. It had to go through customs and the last tracking I received was it departed ******** on 5/17/24. It is now 5/27/24 and Ive yet to receive anything. I disputed the charge with my CC company, and contacted the merchant. The merchant still claims it will be to me in 3-5 business days. Ha!!! Right! Fortunately, my CC company reimbursed me the $50 I spent for nothing.Update 6/1/24bookmarks finally arrived and guess what? They dont work! The magnet doesnt even hold on 5 pages. What a joke, and such a scam. So glad my CC company refunded my money. Beware buyers!!! Dont be fooled by their deceitful marketing, the magnets DO NOT hold.Review from Dayton B

Placed an order 3/24/2024 as of 4/3/24 recieved nothing. I did recieve correspondence from them with a tracking number saying it has left the building but when I track the package they **** it says the company only generated a tracking number and that **** is waiting to receive it to deliver it to me.
