This company was sent to my home December 14, 2023. 1st off I was told I needed a pressure reducing valve which was a lie how can you tell oh it looks old. Told them to measure and it was actually in spec! So the plumber then figured he couldn't dupe me on that he stated it was just the faucet and he'd order a part. It is now January 30th and im still missing my k*** and I have called and texted weekly and have not received a response as why this issue has not been resolved last call was January 22, 2024 w/ Rob. No one can give me a valid reason why this repair has not been completed. This company was sent to me via ************************. I would not recommend them either thankfully Nationwide paid for this contract.Business response

This is a third party warranty company that we were hired through we havent receive the part which is a tough part too order also we are required too check every customer pressure especially if your having leaky faucets if the pressure was the issue your warranty still has the right too approve the necessary repairs weve be trying our best too locate the stem for your faucet weve been in contact with awr too see if we can replace the faucet we cannot do anything without there approval
