September of 2021 I was seen in the emergency room at ***************************************. Soon thereafter, I received a **** from Associated Physicians @ ****. I requested an itemized **** from them as all their **** included was an amount owed. I received no response, but received another ****. As I am disabled and do not use voice telephones, TTYs, or associated devices, I again wrote on the **** and mailed to Associated Physicians that I require an itemized **** and all associated records, and the amount is disputed until they provide it. This was repeated three more times with Associated Physicians not responding and just rebilling. I gave up and sent them a check number 155 which they cashed on 1/18/2022. On 1/25 I received a final notice saying it was a "pre-collections notice."Associated Physicians never sent me an itemized ****. They never sent me the associated records. I paid anyway, and they threatened me with collections! They do not provide an online means of communication (their payment portal will not let you send a message), and they make threats about collections.
