I purchased a ******************* from Macon Spas 5 or 6 years ago. A year ago last *** the hot tub starting leaking. I started calling Macon Spas to come pick it up for repair. It was the month of October before they came to pick it up. It took over four months for them to respond to my service call. As of today my hot tub has not been repaired and is still at the dealership in Macon. Each time I speak with the manager he states that he has no help and has not had time to work on it. He gives me no hope of when it will be returned to me. I think I have been more than patient and I am have really given up on getting it repaired. I paid over $14,000 for that hot tub. It should have lasted for more than 5 years. I have been in business myself for 35 years and I would never treat a customer like this. It is wrong.Business response

We appreciate that she trusts us to repair and we look forward to assisting her as quickly as possible given the circumstances. I cannot express enough apology, but the delays are beyond our control at this time. Please be assured we are aware of Ms. ***** concerns and want nothing more than to be able to resolve this as soon as we can. Consumer Response /* (3000, 16, 2022/06/30) */ I will not be satisfied until my hot tub is repaired and returned to me. They keep saying they are short of help and not able to repair the hot tub. They have had my hot tub since *******. This could go on for years. If they can't repair it they need to refund some of my money. I should have been able to use a $15,000 hot tub for more than 5 years. I think a refund of half the purchase price is fair and I can move on and purchase another tub. Respectfully ************
