There maintenance department need to get grip! I had a nail in my tire on my 20** ****** I bought from this dealership. I have warranties on my tires. Uga or the lady that works in maintenance at this Honda dealership, told me I had to pay for me tires. Instead of looking into my warranty she wanted to be rude. William the service manager is a problem too. William is always rude and I don’t want to work with him when I come to the dealership. This is not the first incident, pricing, scheduling, and customer service have not been good at this location. When my car or daughter car need maintenance, I can’t trust the what the maintenance fees. When asked how long my car will be serviced or ask how should I travel throughout the day while my car there, I am given a response of that’s my fault. I have spend good money with Walsh Honda. So, no Walsh haven’t asked me to take my business somewhere else but I’m going to because of your unprofessional staff in maintenance; William, Ugga, Jay. William need to talk to people better than what he do. Ugga, make appointments that she don’t remember or was never booked. Get the job right and Walsh Honda wouldn’t have any problems with customer service. I always pay for Walsh Honda Mistake to my car. I have a been having a bad experience in maintenance since I got my 2 Hondas.Walsh Honda Response

200 miles and no service I scheduled an appointment for a recall repair on 7/26 at Walsh Honda for 8/13 at 10am. Mae, who scheduled the appointment, went over the notice with me and scheduled the appointment. I arrived at the appointment and was told they could not complete the repair and this was all the Call Center's fault because they knew they did not have the parts. What is the point of scheduling appointments if no one in the service department knows why you're coming in until you arrive? Don't they use schedules to allocate resources and staff? Or if they knew they didn't have the part, couldn't they have contacted me prior to me driving nearly two hours? The Service Manager, William, has no idea what customer service is. He's carried the same lack of customer service skills from when he was a service advisor to service manager. I'll escalate my concerns, but have little confidence they will be dealt with. I would not advise ANYONE to use Walsh Honda's service department. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Walsh Honda Response

Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience! From the beginning of our search through Tina and the closing of the deal with Jennifer, this dealership gets it right! The customer service from the moment we arrived (from about 2 hrs out), was greater than expected and the overall customer service was exactly what you hope for when purchasing a vehicle. I arrived at Walsh Honda around 2:45pm had and appointment set up at 3:00pm. The service manager was very very nasty to me. I was trying to get him to look up the 3rd party contract, and asked him to call Walsh Honda in Milledgeville Georgia and him and the service manager told me that they were not going to call anyone it was up to me to bring in all the paperwork and they do not have to do anything. So I called them myself and get the information they wanted, mean while I asked him to look up the times that I had been there and they said it was only one time for a tire rotation and I new the tire rotation was under my 3rd party contact and I asked them who paid for the rotation and he told me they do not keep records of how things are paid. But to move on he started talking to me like I was his child and I told him do not talk to me because I am not your child I am a United States Marine. so I asked a few people that was working there how many times have I been out there and they said a few times and I asked this gentleman and he said a lot of times, the service manger told him he did not not what he was talking about and he told him to stay out of it. I asked the man the same thing and he said the same thing as what the other gentleman said but he did not tell him to shut up are anything. Then after I got all the information he told me that he was not going to serve my car and gave me back my keys and told me to leave so I did. His name was William S*****, I asked to speak to another manager and he told me there was no other manager that was there but him. The only thing I want to happen is for him not to work for Walsh Honda anymore, you don’t talk to people are treat people that away.Walsh Honda Response

We are sorry your visit did not go as you would have liked. Your vehicle was purchased from another dealership that is not in any way related to our dealership, so we have no way of looking up any information for you on products that we do not offer. We will accept third party service contracts, but often need the client to provide us with a phone number and policy number for us to contact. We reserve the right to ask any client to take their business elsewhere if they become loud and talk to our employees in an aggressive matter. We have been in business now 50 years and have learned over the years to always handle all of our loyal customers with respect and dignity, so we expect the same behavior back. You all are not telling the truth about anything that went on I have proof that you all had my 3rd party account and it is good no matter where you get the car from as long as it is a ***** dealership. The general manager.is going only by what his service manager is saying I have proof that you all service my car and have the third-party account information you didn’t take the time to look it up because you wanted to be rude. It’s funny that you all have other comments about the service manager, but the general manager say we treat all customers the same which is a lie. If you need me to show proof that y’all have the third-party account number, I will fax it to you all. Thank you.
