I ordered (paid in full) 7 pallets of SOD from this company on the 13th Of March to be delivered on the 24th of March. In the email it stated that I was to recieve a text message the day before delivery to confirm the time of the delivery. I never received an a text or any correspondence, so on the 24th of March, I had my landscape guys ready to lay the sod down upon arrival. The morning of the 24th, still nothing from the comapny, so I called around 7:15 am to check on the status of the order. I was told by the young lady that my order should arrive in between 10 and 12 am. No truck showed up! I called back twice and each time, the delivery time was changed without a phone call or any notification unless I called the company to incur of the wherabouts of the delivery. Having guys waiting around all day waiting on the SOD to be delivered was a waste of my time and money because I have to pay the landscaping guys for being here since 7 am of the morning of the delivery. All to be told, due to real time, the delivery driver may be late.
