      Crooks!Let me start by saying that in my 20 years in the IT industry, I have never given a poor review until now.I ordered two **** T340s from Aventis. I had to pay up front and waited over a month. After approximately a month, I was delivered two T430s. This is an older **** that cannot run newer versions of VMware. They were aware of what I was to use this for.Besides making me wait a month then sending me the wrong servers, neither was in working order. One server had broken SATA connectors and the 2nd one would not boot. It looked to be motherboard issue, but I cannot be sure.They did not respond to my emails regarding the wrong servers. However, they did, at first, respond to my claims that they were damaged and supplied me with an RMA. I told the girl in the office that these were the wrong servers and that I would like to take the T340s. Of course, they did not have T340s. At that point I asked for my money back. She told me someone would contact me within two business days.From there, all contact with me ended. They would not respond to emails or phone calls. I had to dispute the charges with the credit card company which took an additional 60 days. Stay clear from these people.

      Ordered a server from amazon. they put the wrong fed ex tracking on it. I had to call 3 times over 2 weeks to get them to ship the server. I had to threaten to contact the attorney general on them to get them to ship the server. When it arrived it only had half the hard drives that were ordered. Took over a week to get them to answer the phone. One a customer service agent called me back she was rude and un helpful. I told her I received the server with 4, 2 TB hard drives (8TB) and it was to arrive with 4, 4TB hard drives. They responded with it shipped with 4, 2 TB SSD drives and to send them back and they will send the correct drives. Only issue is it arrived with 4 2 TB hdd not ssd. They refused to help after i told them that. pretty much called me a liar. We ended up ordering hard drives from another source to fill the customers order/timeline. All I want are the 4 - 2 TB HDD that you owe me or refund on the drives we had to supply.

      Good afternoon, ************:We are sorry that you had an unsatisfactory experience. We did provide you with the updated tracking as well as an explanation on the drives. You purchased a unit with 4 x 4TB SATA mechanical (spinning) drives. We actually upgraded it to 4 x 2TB SATA SSD (solid state drives). While it is only 8TB, the SSDs are newer and much better than the mechanical drives. As we told you on the phone, we are happy to provide you with 4 x 4TB mechanical drives as ordered once you return the 4 x 2TB SSDs that you received. No one refused to help you or called you names. We offered to provide a return shipping label and will still do so if you'd like to reach out to ****************************** Thank you.

      I ordered a $500 item from Aventis Systems via Amazon. Item was said to be available. Shipping label created but item never delivered to shipper. After 10 days, shipper still waiting for item, amazon posted that "if item not there in 3 days, you may request refund". When item did not arrive after these additional 3 days, I could NOT get refund: Instead, I was permitted to submit a request for a refund that Aventis may respond to in another week. If I have not heard from Aventis at the end of another week, I may request another refund.

      This Aventis Systems, Inc. sells products on Amazon.com as seller with unreasonable return policy and attitudes. as BBB rating states, this company practice is close to scam at the best order Memory that was suppose arrive within 5 Business days but it didn't. so decide to go thru return process before it even arrived. reminds you Amazon.com doesn't charge restocking fee so figure just return it and get refund. found out, this company decide to charge restocking fee on items that wasn't even open and package sealed just like how it was shipped. i bought and dealt with a lot of companies before but never seen anything like this. i filed complaint with Amazon.com and have them escalate to management this company respond to complaint was item arrived on time and there was restocking fee policy that i should have read before ordering it... what a joke. hope no other buyers deal with this sketchy business. there are many complaints filed for this Aventis Systems, Inc.customers be aware. stay away from this company

Upon reviewing this transaction, we've found that our team has followed our typical policies and procedures when handling this matter with you. You made your purchase around 10 PM on Thursday, 3/31, after business hours, so it was not processed until Friday (business day #1); Saturday and Sunday are not business days. Your tracking reflects your item was delivered Thursday, 4/7, which would have been precisely 5 business days. Upon requesting to return your item, you selected the reason as "item arrived too late," which is false. When you placed your order, you were given the time frame of 4/6-4/8 for expected delivery, which was met. We're sorry that you were disappointed with our return policy being outside of your typical Amazon shopping experience. Due to an increase in fraudulent returns, our products do not include free returns, and a restocking fee applies to all returns that are not defective. Every Amazon seller is entitled to make their own return policies, which you can find displayed in their seller profiles. It is also clearly stated on each item on Amazon's marketplace whether or not free returns are allowed. We advise that when purchasing from Amazon in the future, you pay close attention to these details to avoid a similar situation with another seller.

      I purchased a EVGA 750 BQ, Power Supply Unit during a sale on amazon for the price of *****. The company refunded the product without reaching out to me, nor did they provide a rationale as to why it was refunded, nor did they attempt to resolve the issue beyond an immediate refund and provide the same response to me and the customer service team at amazon. I didn't request a refund as I wanted the product for the price I paid... Offering a sale then refunding it immediately is considered false advertisement or fraudulent behavior at the minimum when you do not fulfill the agreed terms of services. I buy X product for X price. I contacted Amazon customer service and resolved my issues after speaking with several representatives where they honored the sale for the same product which was provided through their fulfillment center. Do not ever do business with this company - there are numerous reviews on their seller page on amazon with similar complaints and on BBB. I want to provide my true and honest experience to prevent future consumers from making the same mistake of purchasing anything through this company.
