I purchased a decorative home item from this business at an outdoor market. I ordered the item and paid by credit card on February 12th. I reached out to the business on March 3rd and was told the product would be shipped the next day. I followed up on March 10th and was told it didn't get picked up so will be shipped the following Monday. I followed up on March 25th and was told it didn't get picked up and would be shipped the next Monday. I have asked for a refund but have had no response. The individuals running this business are incompetent, dishonest, and have taken money without delivering a product or refunding the money paid. I have been corresponding with an employee by the name of ********************* at ************.Business response
