I called my Aunt ************************* like do quite often at this home. I paid $6,800 to get her in this home years ago. I called on Christmas Day and they would not allow me to speak with *****. They couldn't give me a reason why I couldn't speak with *****. There is not any good reason for their response and I need a good answer.

We at CSA Homecare pride ourselves in delivering high quality Skilled and nonskilled ******* services to individuals in their homes. It is our belief that the grievance filed was intended for another company. CSA Homecare does not house patients at this time, nor have we received any payments from this individual. We hope that ************** grievance gets resolved but fortunately it is not with this agency.
