I placed an order November 29th, its been 14 days (10 business days) and my order still hasnt shipped. On their website they say that during normal times 3-5 days is expected and during holidays 8 days is expected for your order to ship out. I emailed customer service and they said they are trying to ship things out. I purposely ordered these as Christmas gifts. I am very disappointed. As a ****************** you would think being honest and making things right would be some of their top priorities.Initial Complaint

My daughter made a purchase of $66 on Nov 25th during this companies online black Friday sale. She has yet to receive any merchandise and the tracking information she was given shows no movement at all. She has emailed the company as have I 2 times. There has been no response from the company. I have checked several times to see if their online chat is available and it never is. The company has already deducted the funds from my daughters account and she has no product at all.
