I contacted *********************** on numerous occasions to report my residential alarm was not working properly. The alarm was not allowing me to set it, beeping repeatedly throughout the night although no one is touching it and it stopped working with the application for me to disarm and arm it away from home. I have a critically ill parent in the home with a caregiver and cant secure the alarm system. This has gone on for over a month and finally I got in touch with the monitoring station and they advised I need to change out my equipment because its no longer functional due to an ************ wireless cell tower upgrade. Then I had to call a tech myself who came out and was told ****** wanted me to pay $225.00 for the box upgrade. My system is still not functioning properly and the owner wont ************* or respond to them purposely avoiding me but has my annual payment and the payment I made yesterday.
