      I purchased an Aerofogger from this company. When I tried to use the machine it would not turn on. Upon closer inspection, I found the filter was dirty--this was not a new machine (though that is what I purchased). On 4/24 I called stating that the machine was used and not working. I was told **** (a manager) would call me back Tuesday (the following day) to try to troubleshoot the machine with me. I received no call Tuesday or Wednesday. On Thursday I called again and was told that **** still had no resolution and her manager, ****, would offer no resolution (nor did **** have an extension to call her directly). They stated that they would not refund my money, nor would they send a replacement machine with me offering to send back the defective machine to them directly. This company is selling nearly $500 machines that do not work.

      I purchased and order on March 31st with shipping times expected between 3-5 business days. It is now April 11th and ***** has lost the package. ***** will not allow further info since I'm not the shipper. Upon contacting this company for a refund they simply refused and gave the excuse of "all carriers are facing delays and staff shortages." I know this to be untrue as I've had other deliveries to my residency the past week from both carriers. I'd si ply like my money back.

      I contacted the **************** representative at **************************, and requested an account deletion for my online account. I informed them that I no longer wish to conduct business with them in the future, so I asked for my personal data to be removed from their website. An agent contacted me named *****************************, who told me; "We apologize but at this time we are unable to fulfill your request. The only state federally requiring businesses to accept a request for deletion of info is the *******************, and there are special stipulations around this as well." I have never heard of a reputable company, that would not cancel your online account, when it was requested by the owner of the account. This is utterly ridiculous, and there is no oversight here for this company. I only want them to disable my online account and erase my personal information, and they should be required by law to do just that.

      The product was purchased Sept 14 online and paid via paypal a total of *****. The product was advertised as a 5lbs jug of Prodiamine 65 WDG, a post emergent herbicide. On Sept 20, the box arrived everything looked normal with the box and the jug from the outside ( i did open the box and everything looked ok) so i placed the box with the product in my shed. On Sept 22 I went to my shed to work on my lawn and as soon as i opened the cap on the jug i noticed the seal been priorly opened i immediately inspected the box and my receipt since i purchased a new product, since it was odd i decided to take pictures of the foil and weight the jug with it came out to be missing 0.9 lb. At that point I reached out to the seller because it looked like an error, they promptly jumped into saying that I could have opened the foil since the seal is thin and instead of offering options for a resolution, they arbitrarily decided to send me ***** dollars as a prorate of the missing product. i denied their resolution and requested a returned label so i can return their incomplete/faulty product and demanded a full refund since they sent me something that is not what I paid for or what they have advertised as a new sealed product. I am reaching out to you guys to request assistance on this matter and make things right.
