I recently received an order from Advanced Bionutritionals of their Amino Acid Supplements that I did not order. I was astounded that I was sent these items. When I called, the customer service representative they stated that I did make the order. I knew I didn't because I absolutely did not like the product. Nevertheless, I had to pay $15 to return the box of supplements. I will be curious to see how the refund turns out after the reviews.Soundview Communication, Inc. Response

My husband and I took the liver supplement religiously for a couple of months until we learned that our blood pressure was very high blood pressure. We had to stop taking it immediately. Prior to this we both had normal blood pressure. The amount of licorice in this supplement is very high which causes blood pressure to elevate. There is no warning on the bottle about this. I requested that my subscription be cancelled in April and then in July. They keep renewing my subscription and sending me products. On the website, there is nowhere in my profile giving me an option to cancel my subscription. I called and I have emailed my complaint and no one responds. I ordered two bottles essential oil and cancelled subscription right away. Advanced Bionutritionals sent me two more bottles a couple weeks later. I refused the package and sent it back. I expect full refund for those two returned bottles.Soundview Communication, Inc. Response

Its too bad! Good product but CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE!!!I've been trying to cancel this autoship since Jan 2022. Keep saying they will cancel. Have even sent confirmation of cancellation. Only to charge my *********** product AGAIN!! Call "office" they place u on hold then come back and say " sorry customer service is busy. But I'll make sure they cancel ur Autoship" happened like 8 times. How many long term customers is Advanced Bionutritionals LOSING by not honoring the very ppl YOU are claiming to SERVE!! Scammy scammy scammy.A friend has been insisting I try a "Soundview Communication" (AKA "Advanced Bionutritionals") product for months and just to stop fighting I told him I would try it. The website looks scammy and I was uncomfortable but whatever. I ordered it and just figured fine, I'd try it so I could say I did and then give the rest to my friend. Somehow I very accidentally managed to order a second, very unwanted, product and the website has such a scammy "gotcha!" setup that the order went through immediately. I sent an email right away, then another. Then a phone call, the same day. After a long wait to get to a person, then getting put on hold, the woman came back and said that the unwanted product would be taken out of the order and the $134.85 would be credited to my account. LIES. I have emailed them many more times (and am currently on hold, waiting for a person to pick up, 14 minutes in and counting). Every email elicits an automatic response that your email "will be answered within the next 24 business hours." More lies. Lies on top of lies.I have now received this junk including the Circ02 that was going to be kept out of the order and refunded to me -- LIES -- and I want to throw all of it in the trash but I won't because I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. Scam artists. I've read other reviews on here and one thing is clear: this is a B.S. scam company. I wish I had trusted my instincts. I'm so disgusted. And this is a $242,70 charge on my credit card. (Thankfully it expires next month so unlike some of the other complaints, I should hopefully not get any more charges from these scam artists.)Soundview Communication, Inc. Response
