12/14/2022 Business Name: China Garden Business Location: **************************************************************************** Business Phone number: ********** Order Number: ******** I called the company after I noticed that it said pickup when I wanted delivery. Unfortunately I did not get a name of the person I was speaking with. I have ordered from them previously and never had an issue. Until 12/14/2022. I called and requested a refund. He told me that he could not give me a refund because the food was already prepared. I advised him that I have not picked up the food and would like a refund. He told me no. So I called my back to dispute the transaction. After that I continued to receive text messages using vulgar language and call me out my name. All I wanted was my refund of $30.63.
