This company is using multiple phone numbers and people to harass me at all hours of the day and early morning even on holidays. *** asked them to stop each time and block the number. They still get around the blocked number. Nothing stops them. It interfers with my current job and personal life as my ringer needs to stay on. I would never work for such a company and its a huge waste of their time harassing someone who is not interested.Business response

I apologize for the inconvenience. I have had our IT team make sure you have been removed from the database. We staff for many different clients, but have multiple clients in some of the same fields, so multiple recruiters may run across your resume looking for people with similar experience, so unfortunately this can sometimes happen. We do request they update our system when someone has requested to not be contacted, so as to not have multiple contacts on the same person. Again, sorry for the inconvenience and we wish you the best in your job search!

This company is running employment scams. They have repeatedly called me uninvited to offer me jobs without my approval of contacting them to ask for them to reach out to me. In two cases now, they were jobs I also found on LinkedIn, and they were no longer being offered by those employers. This group runs a typical scam, where they harvest contacts from job seekers, then offer them fake jobs, and later on ask for fees and other payments, only to run away with your money. At the very least, they need to stop contacting me, but they pay BBB money to keep a high rating, even though they are scammers. Shameful for them. Shameful for the BBB to support this predatory behaviour.Business response

We dont ask for any fees from an applicant, so not sure where you are getting that. We source for candidates for our jobs, as well as take applications. Multiple dates 11/6, 11/7, 11/8 are the most recent. This company is spamming several times a day with phone calls, texts and email, by people with thick unintelligible Indian (subcontinent) accent. They call about employment opportunities and are relentless. They do not have my permission to contact me. I have told them to cease and desist. They are an annoyance and are spammers. I want them to take me off their contact list at once. Or I am contacting the *** and State of Georgia **************************Business response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as your c*** company keeps it's word. If I receive another contact from any of your companies, I will immediately contact your state Attorney General who will inspect your business practices and may shut you down. However you lie as evidenced by all the different contacts that I heard from in your company. You are just a gigolo ************** that routinely handles data inappropriately. Charges can be filed against you for that.

I have previously applied for a travel contract with this company months ago. Since then, I constantly have text/calls from this company and I keep asking them to stop contacting me. At this point this company is harassing me with their continuous calls/messages. Everytime I ask them to stop, they tell me they are updating the system and I will not receive anymore contact from them, but they still do not stop. No one will lead me to a supervisor to speak to about the situation.Business response

We are sorry you were facing unwanted contacts from **************************** However, if you take a look at our profile we are Softpath System, LLC. We are a staffing company too, but not the one you are trying to write to. The document you shared with all the contacts shows a job called General Labor Blaster, which is not a job we have ever even worked on.
