      My husband signed a contract with Flyt Aviation for flight instruction courses on 8/23/2021. We payed $3,300 for a block of hours to be used towards his flight training. We were in frequent contact with ******* their marketing/sales person, and were not told that our funds were non-refundable at time of purchase. The contract and sales invoice (both attached) do not state the non-refundable status of the hours purchased. We notified *********** on 10/8/21 that we were no longer interested in pursing flight training at that time. ****** had mentioned that he would help to sell our unused hours to other prospective patrons of Flyt. We attempted to keep in contact with ******* but after weeks of no reply, I called ************* and was informed that he no longer worked for the company. I was in email communications with the front desk staff on a sporadic basis as they had ensured me they were attempting to find someone to purchase our unused hours. After the Christmas holiday, I began contacting Flyt more frequently to further resolve the issue. I was informed by one of the staff that Flyt had changed the contract at some point and, if my contract did not have a non-refundable stipulation within the document, I could receive a refund for my unused hours. I was told that their General Manager, *****************************, was the only person who could assist in this refund. I have spoken with the front desk staff and requested they leave message with ******************** to return my call on nine occasions since the end of December (12/28, 1/5, 1/7, 1/11, 1/12, 1/13, 1/14, 1/17, 1/18). I have emailed ******************** on 1/14. Each time I call, I am told that he is not in the office but a message will be left for him to return my call. I have left my phone number and my email address for him to utilize, but have not had any contact with him. Full resolution of this case would be for me to receive a refund for any unused hours previously purchased.
