      It was all good until I got a lawyer .. then they started to deni my claim saying it was a old claim and giving my Dr.s the run around I cant recive treatment for my injury

      Very poor customer service from everyone in this company. Have called and left numerous voicemails with persons Im supposed to be in contact with and never receive return calls. Tried reaching out to a supervisor, and found the same results, no response after leaving voicemail. Besides not being customer friendly and not responding, they cant seem to get their payroll down so they pay on time. Checks come on random days, sometimes not for weeks. Id never recommend this company for anyone.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. Beware of Crawford being the third party handling the claim. They have no sense of urgency and will not give direct answers. Everyone appears to be lazy and lacks customer service when you are finally able to talk to a person.

      This company was charged with handling my claim through Broadspire, who I will also strongly warn against. As is their practice, Crawford ignored repeated attempts at filing and then denied. I'm sure once they fail they'll simply rebrand. Criminals will be criminals.

      If there was a negative I'd give them one. We rented to one of their customers who named us additionally insured for a specific event. Their customer damaged our property so we filed a claim. We provided pictures of the proof of damage, quote, and even and email where their customer says they are at fault however, they "respectfully" declined our claim with a bunch of meaningless insurance jargon. Beware!!!! It appears by the other 3 reviews they are basically unethical in all forms of their business.

      This is not an ethical company at all. I am filing a law suit against them as we speak. They agreed to taking care of my situation and then went ghost. Do not work with them.

      ************************* and the company he works for are POS's / That *** be harsh but they deserve it, this guy wasted my time on a 46 page email thread - finding out anyway possible NOT TO PAY a legitimate *** Claim on a packaged I had insured when shipped through *** that *** delivered an empty package to a buyer.It *** very simple, *** hires Crawford & Company NOT TO PAY CLAIMS - and they do not pay claims, the enormous amount of reasoning changed by the day with ************************* Even their OWN EMPLOYEE reviews explain in detail what the do and how it is a horrible company to work for.The bottom line is *** hires this company to avoid not paying claims, they are all a bunch of Greedy Bas###ds / multi multi million dollar company refused to pay legitimate claims.The day my claim was denied I closed all 6 of my *** accounts - I will ship by the new **** Ground Advantage that is cheaper that ***. F them all

      I have been trying to find the status of my baby bonding claim for a month. My case worker has not returned my calls or voicemails. I have not recieved payment in like a month and a half. I need to pay my bills!!

      I've filed a complaint last year concerning the prejudice and slander of my claim by a liability claims adjuster and one of her supervisors and no one responded to my complaints to this day! This company's claims adjuster attacked me initially as well as, the supervisor before they even got my statement and after I noticed the unfair treatment I filed another complaint that wasn't addressed or answered and soon after my product liability claim was denied! The claims adjuster and supervisors obviously, believed that this unfortunate situation that I have experienced and the serious injuries that I have sustained from the snack product *************** by ************** could never happened to me and anyone else because the adjuster stated in a response to a local agency that this product has never had a complaint! I was baffled that she could even put those words in writing, so in other words it never happened to me because they haven't had other complaints, very insulting, unfair and prejudice! I've written every news station around in my city and state, I am continuing to post on all the social media platforms and my family and friends will be going to every store in my city to protest against the company ************** and the Insurance Company Broadspire Services that handles their liability claims to remove the product from all shelves because it is dangerous and could cause death if the object that I found in my defectitive snack *************** is swallowed or may sustain other serious injuries as I have! They do not deserve a star, however I had to choose one to move forward!

      I have been waiting 8 weeks for a claim that was submitted. Ive also left 9 messages between myself and their customer service line. The reps and managers refuse to get on the phone and call back when all Im looking for is an update. Most unprofessional and lazy company I have ever dealt with. They take your money and run. Total scam of a company
