In March 2017 Envirosolar sold me an 8.6 kw solar system consiting of 32 roof mounted Suniva solar panels and a Solar Edge Inverter with Solar Edge Optimizers, EnviroSolar went bankrupt soon after and was followed by Suniva who went bankrupt in 2017 and ceased production, so I was left with no warranty from anyone but Solar Edge who has been standing behind their products without fail. Suniva release a press notice in october stating they were going to restart manufacturing in the spring of 2024 because of the new market/political atmosphere. They have a new web page that states as such, the web page also states that they as a company have integrity and will do what is right, however their actions dictate otherwise, they will not even respond to my queries about my failing solar panels manufactured by them, 10 out of 32 panels have degraded to the point of producing 0 power and I have had to pay out of pocket to replace them, the Suniva panels have a 10 year workmanship/ 25 year production warranty. They have not been willing to honor their warranty up to this point. Please helpInitial Complaint

brougth 16 solar pannels (OPT275-60-4-100)from Suniva and two pannels needs replacing, pannels have a 25 year warranty, ther were brought 2017, try to contact the company and i get a message the voice mail is full and this is the same massage I get when i try the opertor .Initial Complaint

I had an **************************************************** December *****. There is a 10 year warranty on the solar panels that were obtained from Suniva, Inc. ************** of ******* ** is the company that installed the system. ************** was notified in December 2022 that the system was not working proper.y. (very low energy output). ************** found that several of the panels are deteriorating and therefore no longer able to generate any energy. ************** has contacted Suniva, Inc several times and have received absolutely no reply back. Suniva, Inc needs to honor their 10 year warranty. In the meantime my energy bills are sky-high.************** phone number is ************.Initial Complaint

On July 25, 2016, ************** (now out of business) installed 17 Suniva solar panels on the roof of my house. Six of the panels are not producing to their full capacity. I have a 10/25 year warranty. I have contacted Suniva via email several times with no response. I have also had an electrical company that installs solar panels contact them with no response. I have had the panels tested and they are the problem, not the microinverters. I have documentation with the specifics of the install and the warranty associated with these panels. I have attempted to call Suniva, but the phone never connects and the emails are never responded to. Any help will be appreciated.Initial Complaint

I am also having problems with my suniva solar panels. Three panels have went out and not producing. I have been emailing suniva for a month. I'm 6 years into a 10 year warranty. They have a website that has a contact tab. That no one will get back in touch withme. The installer that installed them is no longer in business. I can't find a phone number that I can call. I'm also into this for $36,000. Are suniva owners just out of luck? Seems like with enough complaints there should be something that can be done. Please help.
